With the deepening of the reform of the college entrance examination and the new curriculum,the education puts forward higher requirements for teachers' professional quality and education innovation ability in the new era.When the?The State Council's opinions on deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era in 2018 ? was introduced,the professional development of teachers has become a hot topic of educational reform.As an important carrier and way of in-service development of teachers,school-based research can improve teachers' professional quality and professional development.However,the current situation of school-based research on high school teachers is not optimistic.So this study takes high school teachers as research examples and puts forward effective optimization strategies on the basis of finding and analyzing problems.By analyzing the current situation of school-based research in high school teachers of Panjin with the means of questionnaire survey,interview and literature study,we found the existing problems and their attribution.At the same time we put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.The study is divided into four parts.Part one is the introduction,we summarized the basis for selecting the topic of this study,the summary of research at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the concept definition,research purpose and signification.In part two,we expounded the present situation of school-based research of high school teachers in Panjin area from different angles based on the information obtained.In part three,we revealed the problems existing in school-based research of senior high school teachers in Panjin area.That is teachers' attitude towards school-based research is not correct enough and the president is not responsible enough for the management of school-based research,the implementation process of the school-based research is relatively arbitrary,the content of school-based research lacks pertinence,teachers have a low level of school-based research,the environment of school-based research is not ideal.Then we deduced the reasons behind the problems for the above problems,that is because the teachers have a poor understanding of school-based research,the headmasters paid little attention to the school-based research,the construction of school-based system research is not perfect,the content of school-based research is not highly targeted,the professional guidance of school-based research is not in place,the environment of school-based research is not ideal.In part four,combining the present situation of school-based research of senior high school teachers,we proposed the optimization strategies based on the theoretical and practical experience of school-based research at home and abroad.That is to rebuild the main body of school-based research,to strengthen schoolmasters' management for the school-based research,to perfect the construction of school-based research system,to implement the professional guidance of school-based research,to optimize the content of school-based research,to create the environment of school-based research.Through this study,we can improve the consciousness,environment of school-based research for high school teachers in panjin city.At the same time,we hope that this study can also provide some reference of school-based research work in the same or similar areas in China.
