Construction And Practice Of "Four-in-one" Class Management Mode Under The Background Of "Internet+Education"

With the rapid development of information technology,"Internet+" has penetrated into every field of our daily life,and class management in primary and secondary schools is an important aspect of it.Based on the current class management under the parent-school cooperative performance problems,the author build the "Internet+education" background under the "four one" class management model,to improve the class management and innovation mechanism,will be combined closely with the family education and school education,constantly optimize the education environment,build up good relationship with family school,form the education together,thus promote the students' physique and comprehensive sustainable and healthy development.Text research literature analysis method,theoretical method,interview method and questionnaire survey,analyzed the current class management and parent-school cooperative class management under the current situation,problems and reasons of the problems,and then explains the under "Internet+education" background "four one" class management mode,The first is the "four-in-one" class management organizational construction elements under the cooperation of'Internet+education"background,which are respectively the construction of organizational objectives,organizational structure and organizational norms.Second,under the "Internet+education" background "four one"class management model must adhere to in the construction of the teacher in charge to manage the core principles,with the help of classroom teachers under the principle,with some pta contributing to class the understanding and support of the principle,class committee as self-governing democratic principles,the principle of mutual cooperation and management;Third,on the basis of grasping the elements and principles,the basic form of the "four-in-one" class management mode under the background of"Internet+education" is constructed,and the operating form is give.After that,this study carried out the implementation and effect evaluation of the "four-in-one" class management mode under the background of "Internet+education".Results show that under the Internet+education" background management mode of "four one"class has received the good effect in practice,the model construction of the home school interaction bridge,helped parent-school cooperative,promote the school,family,women students,pull close the distance,schools and families are closer than the distance between teachers and students,lets the home school relationship harmony,harmonious relationship between teachers and students received,stimulate students' learning passion,to the new age class management quality of the ascension opened a new window.
