In the modern society of knowledge explosion,it is very important to acquire knowledge effectively from complicated information. How to achieve the most effective learning effect in the limited time is a problem that geography educators need to think about. The perfection and maturity of classroom observation technology provide technical support for the study of classroom teacher-student behavior. Therefore, this paper uses classroom observation method to find out the influencing factors of students' effective learning in geography classroom, and puts forward effective learning strategies. This paper adopts the open, focused and structured classroom observation record method to observe geography classroom.Among them, open classroom observation record adopts the tool of classroom observation field notes;focused classroom observation record adopts the tool of problem type analysis method and classroom dialogue mode analysis method in marker system analysis method;structural classroom observation record adopts coding system analysis method(S-T analysis method).Using the above methods, the open, focused and structured classroom observation of the two new lectures were carried out,and the classroom observation report was obtained. On the basis of the case summary and suggestions, try to explore the factors that affect students' effective learning.Using questionnaire survey and comparative research to explore how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn geography, from the perspective of the integration of students and teachers to analyze the real situation of geography classroom. It is found that the subjective feeling of students' listening effect is negatively correlated with the actual completion of homework.According to the requirements of geography core literacy under the new curriculum standard, combined with the previous classroom observation data and questionnaire survey data, the strategy of realizing effective learning in geographyclassroom is put forward. They are to create problem situations, stimulate interest in learning;strengthen the use of maps, improve the ability to analyze maps;strengthen the activities within the group, deepen the degree of participation;based on learning situation, skillfully set up problem situations and pay attention to heart direction, create dialogue situation. The conclusion based on this is that students' learning interest, attitude, will and classroom performance directly affect the effect of geography learning.Teachers take group cooperation in the classroom, consciously emphasizing the use of maps and so on also play an important role in the effective acquisition of knowledge by students.Based on the factors that affect students' effective learning geography, the real situation, map situation, group situation, problem situation and dialogue situation are obtained to meet the students' learning needs, improve their interest in learning, arouse their enthusiasm for learning, and exercise their will to learn. The above five-point situational learning strategies in geography classroom can help students learn effectively important role.
