Feedback Method of Teaching,an effective research method,is widely used both at home and abroad. In recent two years, Sunshine Sports Marathon, which is a part of school education, frequently appears in the school report. The research of Sunshine Sports Marathon belongs to Curriculum theory in the context of Hidden Curriculum. It has been found that how to put the teaching method in class into the research of Hidden Curriculum is worth studying. Through the research of Feedback Method of Teaching, this article explores the effective factor of curricular and extracurricular activities in the process of long-distance race, and integrates the various factors of feedback. Effective feedback ways make various factors create a dynamic circulatory system. The results showed that: attitude, interest, and the degree of long-distance running performance of students have considerably improved, and make students in abundance spirit, parents assured, leaders at ease, and teachers more confident. It has been showed that Feedback Method of Teaching can not only change the current situation of long-distance race in the sport ,but also is expected to build a new kind of sports activities in the educational environment, achieve self-exploration, multiple interactions, context creation, and cooperation to carry out long-distance running, fully mobilize the active participation of the students'enthusiasm, better combine the capacity development and curriculum goals, and further promote Sunshine Sports Marathon to carry out better in high school students.
