With the continuous deepening of the geography curriculum reform and the rapid development of modern information technology in the field of education,it has become an inevitable trend for constructivism to really enter the school and guide the teaching design,especially in guiding the high school physical geography teaching design has its unique advantages.On the basis of summarizing the previous researches on constructivism guiding education and combining with the investigation and analysis of the current situation of high school physical geography teaching,this paper puts forward the basic principles of constructivism guiding high school geography teaching design and the application strategies of constructivism theory in high school physical geography teaching design.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the knowledge of physical geography,the teaching design cases of three kinds of knowledge of physical geography are designed by selecting the mature teaching mode of constructivism which is generally accepted in the academic circle.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part summarizes the research achievements in this field,understands the research background,puts forward the research significance and content of this paper,and further defines the research ideas and methods by summarizing the development of the curriculum reform at home and abroad and sorting out the research status at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of instructional design under theguidance of constructivism.This part sorts out the definition of teaching design and geography teaching design,summarizes the general structure of geography teaching design,and lays a theoretical foundation for the application of constructivism in geography teaching design by summarizing the constructivism learning theory,teaching thought and three relatively mature teaching modes.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of physical geography teaching in high school.This part through the analysis of the questionnaire,understand the current situation of physical geography classroom teaching,and combined with the constructivism theory of guiding learning and teaching,find out the problems in the process of physical geography teaching.The fourth part is the application of constructivism in the teaching design of high school physical geography.This part summarizes the basic principles of constructivism guiding geography instructional design in high school,proposes the application strategies of constructivism in the instructional design of high school physical geography,and summarizes three typical instructional design cases according to the knowledge classification of high school physical geography.The fifth part is the conclusion.This part summarizes the main conclusions and shortcomings of this research,and at the same time,makes a further prospect of the development trend of constructivism guiding physical geography instructional design.
