The rapid development of higher education and the continuous expansion of enrollment, on the one hand, make the quantity of the social supply far greater than social demand, on the other hand, lead to the low quality of the college education. The difficult problem of employment for college students has been paying more attention to by all quarters of society. The solution to the problem of college students' employment is beneficial for the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and the sound development of the harmonious society.In connection with the difficult problem of employment for college students, from the point of the relative lack of college students' employability, putting the graduates of Beijing Jiaotong University as research sample, on the basis of relative previous literature both in domestic and abroad on the concepts and structures of college students' employability, using the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper focus on the research of college students' employability. This research has certain help on college students' self improvement and universities employment instruction work. This research is divided into two parts:Part one initially constructs the theoretical model of college students'employability structure through open style questionnaire survey and expert opinion approach. On the basis of the model, this paper compiles college students' employability questionnaire survey (scale), and adopts factorial analysis method to obtain college students' employability structure model by SPSS software, finally, we argue that college students' employability can be divided into ideation capacity, practice and execution capacity, interpersonal and communication capacity, adaptation capacity, ego development capacity, team work capacity, mood adjustment capacity, autonomous learning capacity.Part two makes interview to college students with the Behavioral Event Interview. The interview data is expanded from college students' employability capacity structure model to college students'employability competency model in use of NVivo software. The model consists of eight dimensions and the quality indexes under all dimensions, as well as the efficient behavior in every dimension.
