Classroom management is an important part in the process of teaching,and the effectiveness of classroom management has a direct impact on the teaching result.The background of students in international schools is more complex.Chinese teachers and students have different cultural background,and the classroom management of Chinese as a foreign language becomes more challenging under the influence of various cultures.This thesis focuses on the Chinese classroom of senior high students in Southville International School and Colleges in the Philippines.Reading and sorting out the relevant literature materials,regarding Chinese teachers and other language teachers in senior high school as the research object,combining the author's own teaching experience and the cases of other language teachers,author classifies the problems in Chinese classroom management in four aspects: the environment of Chinese teaching in the Philippines,Southville International School and Colleges,Chinese teachers and learners.Then,through the analysis of the cases of Chinese classroom management in senior high school,the interview of Chinese teachers and other language teachers in senior high school,the questionnaire of Chinese learners and the data obtained from it,and the reasons for the problems of classroom management in the above four aspects are analyzed from multiple aspects with the background of multiculture.Finally,from the point of view of multiculture,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for Southville International School and Colleges,Chinese teachers and students.It is suggested that schools should update multimedia equipment,improve teaching environment,strictly manage system,optimize curriculum arrangement and curriculum,and arrange campus activities reasonably.It is suggested that Chinese teachers improve their English,learn many languages,learn professional knowledge of classroom management,cultivate a harmonious teacher-student relationship,clarify the Chinese classroom system,and improve the quality of teaching.Students should do it is learning attitude,strengthening self-management ability,and strengthening communication and cooperation among students.
