The ideological and political curriculum standard of general high school(2017edition)(abbreviated as the new curriculum standard)puts forward new requirements for teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods.As a teacher,these macro requirements need to be implemented in micro-class teaching activities.Case teaching is popular among front-line teachers,and it shows great advantages in activing classroom learning atmosphere,arousing students' interest in learning,shortening the distance between life and reality,and cultivating the core accomplishment of the subject.It is a field worth exploring to focus on the cultivation of the core quality of the discipline,conduct case teaching around a certain box,and present it in detail with the help of the basic process of teaching design.Case teaching requires a preliminary definition of the relevant concepts.On this basis,expound its theoretical basis.Case teaching emphasizes that students construct the meaning of knowledge through the cooperation and dialogue between teachers and students based on the case "situation",which is consistent with the four elements of constructivism learning theory: "situation","cooperation","conversation" and " construction".Based on "special" typical cases,the case teaching process enables students to acquire "general" and "universal" abilities in case exploration,which is in accordance with the concept of exemplar teaching theory that emphasizes the study of selected "examples" and the acquisition of general and regular knowledge.It can be said that constructivism learning theory and exemplar teaching theory are the theoretical basis of case teaching.The application of case teaching to "enterprise management" has its concept and realistic basis.It is guided by the new curriculum concept: Adhere to the correct political direction;Construct the active subject curriculum which is dominated by cultivating the core accomplishment of the subject;respect the law of students' physical and mental development,improve the teaching method;establish an evaluation mechanism to promote the development of students' core literacy in ideological and political subjects.The practical basis of case teaching in this box is its necessity and reality.The necessity is that the application of case teaching in this box is the requirement to achieve the goal of the core accomplishment of the subject,which helps to alleviate the practical dilemma of strong theoretical knowledge and alienation from students.Conform to the college entrance examination on the box of "more frequency of investigation,more in the form of cases presented" examination trend;meet the needs of students with strong performance and desire to integrate into society.The practical feasibility is reflected on the one hand,the textbook has abundant and ready-made case resources on this box.On the other hand,the case teaching itself has strong maneuverability.The case teaching of "enterprise management" is divided into the following steps: The first is to determine the core accomplishment goal that the case teaching should achieve,and to delineate the concrete content of the case teaching and the teaching path of the implementation process;The second is to clarify the principle of case selection,elaborate the case,and set the case problem;The third is to show the detailed process of case teaching,presents the subject knowledge;Using step-by-step questions to guide students to study cooperatively and arouse thinking;The fourth is to evaluate the two subjects of the case teaching process,that is,to evaluate the behavior of teachers and students in the process of case teaching.Teaching needs reflection,and its purpose is to summarize the shortcomings and propose solutions to provide references and ideas for optimizing case teaching and improving personal teaching in the future.
