With China's increasing international status,the number of learners who learn Chinese as a second language is increasing.According to the author's practical experience in teaching Chinese in Thailand and exchanges with other volunteer teachers,I realized that Thai Chinese classroom management has left many Chinese teachers helpless.Therefore,based on the area and understanding of the author's school,it is necessary to determine accurate and effective teaching and management measures in Sakon Nakhon Province in the northeast of Thailand.This article is divided into six chapters.The introduction of the first chapter mainly studies the background and significance,the current research status,methods and contents,and the innovation of the paper.The second chapter explains the content of the knowledge of classroom management ontology.The third chapter uses the author's area as a base point and uses a questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the current state of Chinese classes in that area.Investigate from both teachers and students,and analyze the reasons for related factors to classroom management.The fourth chapter discusses the problems and characteristics of Chinese classroom management in Sakon Nakhon Province,Thailand from the aspects of education system,education concept,curriculum,classroom rules,teachers and students themselves analysis.The fifth chapter proposes improvement measures from the two aspects of teachers and managers according to the actual situation and characteristics.Teachers are reflected in the improvement of mentality and language level,the enhancement of cultural adaptability,the further improvement of professional level and teaching management methods,and the establishment of In terms of good teacher-student relations,managers gave improvement measures in determining the Chinese syllabus,optimizing the curriculum,clarifying the duties and responsibilities of Chinese teachers,increasing the emphasis on Chinese subjects,and actively cooperating with teachers.It is hoped that the teachers who are engaged in Chinese teaching in the northeastern part of Thailand will learn and benefit from classroom management.The concluding part sorts out the full text and summarizes it,and puts forward the innovation of this article,that is,analyzes the classroom management of Hanban teacher teaching Chinese in Thai,and from the perspective of cross-cultural communication and summarizes the implications for the Chinese classroom.The impact of the proposed measures in the improvement measures section to make the targeted enhancement.The author hopes that through this,teachers and training units can pay attention to the influence of cross-cultural communication when teaching in foreign countries,and make relevant experience more useful.At last,the deficiencies of this paper are put forward.
