Due to the different educational concepts,cultural backgrounds and other reasons,the Chinese classroom teaching management of Nakhon Ratchasima Middle School in Thailand has caused a lot of Chinese teachers' headache.In the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,Chinese teacher volunteers have found that classroom teaching management is often much more difficult than classroom teaching.They reflect that classroom teaching management is time-consuming and inefficient,which not only hampers the enthusiasm of teachers,but also affects the efficiency of Chinese teaching.However,students' Chinese learning is mainly accomplished by teachers' imparting knowledge in class.Therefore,classroom teaching management plays a vital role not only in students' Chinese learning,but also in teachers' Chinese teaching.Taking five middle schools of Nakhon Ratchasima in Thailand as an example,and taking the middle school students and Chinese teacher volunteers in these schools as the investigation objects to analyze and study the problematic behaviors and their causes of classroom teaching management.On this basis,the relationship between improving Chinese classroom teaching management of Nakhon Ratchasima Middle School in Thailand,carrying out effective Chinese teaching and enhancing students' interest in learning was discussed,respectively.The school and parents put forward some strategies.Finally,the effectiveness of these strategies was investigated by feedback method.The research methods include questionnaire survey,teacher interviews and classroom observation.Through students' filling in questionnaires,communication with Chinese teachers' volunteersand observation of Chinese classroom,combined with quantitative graphic analysis and qualitative analysis,the paper further explored the problems,reasons and countermeasures of Chinese classroom teaching management of Nakhon Ratchasima Middle School in Thailand in the form of quantitative graphic analysis and qualitative analysis.In order to improve the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching management of Nakhon Ratchasima Middle School in Thailand,it provides practical and operational reference.
