| The development of school-based curriculum in rural schools is based on the reality of rural schools.It is guided by the spirit of national and local curriculum reforms.In order to meet the learning needs of students,the pursuit of students’ comprehensive physical and mental development,school-based curriculum with national or local curriculum.The transformation or self-development of the school-based curriculum is the main content,with the teacher as the main body,and the overall continuous curriculum development activities.This research studies the development of school-based curriculum in rural schools through the literature research method from both theoretical and practical levels.In theory:on the status quo of domestic research,combing the basic concepts,ideological foundations,conditions,procedures,and the current difficulties faced by rural schools in school-based curriculum,there are relatively few theoretical theories about rural areas;The practical exploration of the rise,prosperity,fall and adjustment stages of curriculum development is sorted out.Secondly,it is combed from the theoretical level of the research content of school-based curriculum development.It is found that foreign research on school-based curriculum development focuses on ideological guidance,urban and rural areas.The process of school-based curriculum development is the same.Both use the same theory for school-based curriculum development.Due to different regional conditions and different training of talents,there is no special mention of the development of school-based curriculum in rural schools.There is no specific research on the status quo.This study lays a theoretical foundation for the development of school-based curriculum in rural schools from the perspectives of theory,mechanism,basic characteristics and conditions.Through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the teachers,principals and city and county-level teaching and research personnel of rural schools investigate the current situation of school-based curriculum development in rural schools,and find that there is a lack of theoretical understanding and lack of teachers in rural schools.Problems such as insufficient willingness to do so and inadequate safeguard mechanisms.The author seeks the reasons for these problems: the headmaster’s leadership is not in place;the teachers’ theoretical literacy is insufficient;other participants lack awareness and ability;rural development is backward and unattractive;human,financial and institutional are not in place.Therefore,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed: improving the teacher curriculum development ability and enhancing the curriculum development ownership consciousness;the school leaders update the educational concept and improve the curriculum leadership ability and level;the external school support system should be sound and a perfect guarantee mechanism should be constructed. |
