Study On Vocational Skills Training Of Local Farmers And Its Economics Analysis

The sixteenth meeting of China Communist Party puts forward a comprehensive goal of building a well-off society, followed by a goal to build a harmonious society and a new socialist countryside. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and agriculture, rural areas and fanners are related to the whole of the national development and therefore are always highly regarded the party and government.Fanners are the main force in the rural construction of modern agriculture and new countryside. There culture cultivation and scientific qualification are not only related to farmers income increase but also to reaching the strategic goal of building a new socialist countryside. Under the new situation of rural economic society development today and the background of the whole nation are putting great effort to solve the "Three rural issue", it is not only urgent but also important to research and study the theories of how to analysis the status of China farmers vocational skill training, how to evaluate the training effect and how to put the training fast, healthily and continuously.In this paper ,taking the suburban of Beijing and Shenyang an examples and taking the farmer vocational skill training as object, this paper studies the theme Systematically and deeply, using relative theories and methods.First of all, from the perspective of education, management, human resources, economics and other disciplines, it states the theory bases and the structure of the local farmers' vocational skills training, and gives an analysis of the general status, method and reveal of farmers vocational skill training of North America, Western Europe, seven Asia countries. Secondly, through the investigation of suburbs of Beijing and Dongling District of Shenyang, this paper analysis the basic status, main features and the shortcomings of fanners training in the two areas and proves and states the promoting relationship between farmers income and their training received and also the positive relation between training and rural area development. Thirdly, based on the results from above study , this paper gives a series Strategy and proposal to the farmers training promotion from the aspects of strategic planning, training models, support systems and resource integrating.
