| On January 10,2014,the Ministry of Education of China quoted and issued Some Opinions on Promoting the Development of Art Education in Schools,The document clearly points out that our country will evaluate the artistic quality of primary and secondary school students and secondary vocational school students,and the evaluation results will be used as an important basis for students to go to school.On May 25,2015,the Ministry of education of China has issued Measures for evaluating the artistic quality of Primary and Middle School students,Measures for self-evaluation of Art Education for Primary and Middle School students,Measures for the Annual report on the Development of Art Education for Primary and Middle School students.On March 9,2017,Liaocheng City Education Bureau issued the notice of Opinions on the Implementation of Art Quality Evaluation of Primary and Middle School Students in Liaocheng City(trial),from the end of last semester in 2018,the artistic quality of primary and middle school students with student status in Liaocheng City was evaluated.The school of Duhutun is divided into the primary school of the Douhutun Town and the junior middle school of the Douhutun Town.The author has a six-year teaching practice in the junior middle school of the Douhutun Town,as the first-grade music teacher,and is familiar with the basic situation of the school.The analysis and research on the present situation of music quality evaluation in Douhutun Town Middle School in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City is beneficial to improve the objectivity and effectiveness of the evaluation of artistic quality in Douhutun Town Middle School,to master and understand the implementation of the national policy in cities and towns,to solve and resolve the problems in the evaluation reasonably,to promote the implementation and promotion of quality education and to promote the all-round development of students.The whole content of this article consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,the second part is an overview of the evaluation of artistic quality of primary and middle school students,the third part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the evaluation of music quality of Douhutun Town,the fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the evaluation of middle school music quality of Douhutun Town,and the fifth part is the suggestions and countermeasures to improve the evaluation level of middle school music quality of Douhutun Town. |
