Primary and secondary school education is an essential part of the national education system in our country and junior middle school is an important stage in students' study life.From the point of class management practice,strengthening and optimizing the class management of junior high school have become a major issue in the current junior high school education,influenced by the stage characteristics of the physical development of junior middle school students and the fast changing characteristics of the complexity of social development,which has also become an important question of the first-line teachers today.From the author's own practice of teaching for many years,she has come up with the idea of working hard to junior high school class management research,using the related theories of management,psychology,pedagogy,and other fields to make up for the deficiencies in the current class management,so as to establish a benign interaction and co-construction of class team management system with teachers and students as well as school and family.Around this goal,the author has done the following four main aspects of research.First,the author combs and studies the relevant theories related to class management,and on this basis,the author explains the connotation,characteristics,goals and principles of junior high school class team management,and expounds the main theoretical basis of junior high school class team management,including the humanistic management theory of management,the group dynamics theory of psychology,and the constructivist learning theory of pedagogy.Second,based on the analysis of the junior high school class team management in C school of Changsha city,the author analyzes the practice process of junior high school class management from the start-up stage,the construction stage,the evaluation and incentive stage in order to find the regularity.Third,the author carries out the questionnaire survey of Grade Eight of C school and on this basis,deeply explores the problems existing in the team management of junior high school classes from the four dimensions of leadership,team member responsibility,collective tolerance and team spirit,adhering to the oriented problems,and sticking close to the students,classes and class teachers.Fourth,the author summarizes and ascends the research achievements of the above three aspects.And from the following four aspects about how to improve the management abilities of the team leaders,how to cultivate team consciousness of the team members,how to form home-school synergy and how to cultivate team spirit,the author puts forward reasonable and operational countermeasures on how to improve and perfect the junior high school class team management.
