Research On Team Formation And Management Of Class Cadres In S High School In Qian'an

Class cadres plays an important role in the construction of the class collective,who are the teacher's indispensable assistant and bridges of communication between teachers and students.In terms of class management,we should gradually improve the teaching concept and strengthen the guidance of the class cadre team work.Only in this way can we form a good class and lay a foundation for the development of students.A good class atmosphere is crucial to students' own growth,which requires an excellent class cadres to support them.In this paper,the research object of S high school in Qian'an city was investigated by random sampling,and the school leaders who involved in the work of the students were interviewed.The author analyzes the reasons for the problems in the construction of class cadres,and proposed class cadre team building strategy and management optimization countermeasures from five aspects.We should establish a "life oriented" management concept to promote the distribution of class cadres rationalization.Then we implement management innovation to improve the formation and integration of the cadre team.It is more instructive to improve the basic quality of the class cadres and to refine the measures for the training of the class cadres.In this paper,the specific strategy of team building and management can provide a reference for S high school in charge of class management work.In view of the present cadre's management style and the current situation of the teacher in charge's theoretical level and practical experience are uneven,We have an effective overall plan for the training of the cadre team from the angle of global school cadre training work.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference to improve the overall quality of class cadres and to train the comprehensive ability of class cadres.
