After nearly 20 years of development,school-based curriculum has become an important part of basic education curriculum,a key link in deepening basic education reform,and a new innovation force in basic education curriculum reform.Although the school-based curriculum has made some achievements since it was implemented in Tianjin junior high schools,it also exposes some deep-seated problems.Therefore,through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the present situation of school-based curriculum implementation in Tianjin is investigated,the existing problems in the implementation of school-based curriculum in Tianjin are summarized,the causes of the problems and the factors affecting the implementation of school-based curriculum are deeply analyzed,and then targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.First of all,through literature analysis,this paper analyzes the relevant concepts and connotations of school-based curriculum implementation,and puts forward the concept of school-based curriculum implementation.Based on the research on the relevant documents and achievements of the current implementation of school-based curriculum,and in combination with the research practice of this study,six aspects of the implementation of school-based curriculum in Tianjin junior high schools are finally determined,including curriculum function,curriculum content,curriculum organization and implementation,teachers' understanding,curriculum management and curriculum evaluation,and a questionnaire on the implementation status of school-based curriculum in Tianjin junior high schools is designed according to these six aspects.Secondly,the present situation of the implementation of school-based curriculum in junior high schools in Tianjin is investigated and analyzed,mainly by means of questionnaires and interviews.Through the analysis of the survey data,it is found that the overallimplementation level of school-based curriculum in junior high schools in Tianjin is in the middle to high level.Among them,the curriculum function,school-based curriculum management and school-based curriculum content are at a higher level and are well implemented.Teachers' understanding,school-based curriculum organization and implementation,and school-based curriculum evaluation are at the middle level,with moderate implementation.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,12 teachers were interviewed in the form of individual interviews.Based on the results of interviews with teachers,this paper probes into the important role and influence of school-based curriculum implementation in Tianjin junior high schools by factors such as the school foundation,teachers' understanding,the development and utilization of text resources,and the evaluation of school-based curriculum.At last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the implementation of school-based curriculum in Tianjin junior high schools,such as teachers' weak awareness of school-based curriculum implementation,insufficient development of curriculum resources,insufficient development of teaching materials,and imperfect evaluation mechanism of school-based curriculum.
