Research On The Cooperation Matrix Strategy Of Stakeholders In Large-scale Table Tennis Events In Chengdu

With the promotion of the national fitness slogan,the sports industry has risen rapidly,stimulating the development of sports industries around the world through large-scale sports events,and relying on events to promote economic and social development.It has become the focus of China 's sports industry development strategy.The scale of table tennis industry With continuous growth,the scale of the table tennis industry has reached 20.8 billion yuan in 2018.Against this background,Chengdu is committed to building a world-famous city for events,promoting the brand of “Sports Chengdu”,hosting international events many times,and boarding the top ten in the list of “Most Sporting Cities” for three consecutive years.This research analyzes and studies the cooperation of stakeholders in large-scale table tennis events in Chengdu from different angles and methods,and combs its cooperation strategy matrix to provide a theoretical basis for the management of stakeholders in large-scale table tennis events in Chengdu.The interest of the competition is not only a cooperative relationship,but also a competitive relationship.It is a state of cooperative game.This research conducted a sample questionnaire survey on the large-scale table tennis events already held in Chengdu to find out the impact of large-scale table tennis events on the city and the stakeholders of various events.The analysis of the cooperation demands in the process revealed that there is a game relationship among the stakeholders of large-scale table tennis events in Chengdu.They have different demands,and they can achieve their own interests through cooperation without harming the interests of the other participants.A state of positive sum game.This study identified the stakeholders of large-scale table tennis events in Chengdu by reviewing the data,combed the main stakeholder structure of the event,and used the matrix game analysis method through its cooperative relationship to draw the following conclusions:1.Analyze the rights and benefits of the large-scale table tennis tournament stakeholders in Chengdu,deduce the structure chart of the large-scale table tennis stakeholders in Chengdu,and classify the event stakeholders into the core stakeholders: the owner of the event,Hosting government;important stakeholders: host community,event participants,event hosting organization,event sponsor;peripheral stakeholders: media and audience.2.Analyze the cooperation strategy among the core stakeholders,important stakeholders,and external stakeholders,and find that there is a combination of cooperation strategies that tends to be "Pareto optimal",that is,the cooperation between the three is their The best cooperation strategy,based on the cooperation between the three,builds a pairwise cooperation matrix strategy between them: "Cooperation matrix strategy of the corestakeholders of the event and important stakeholders of the event","Core event stakeholders and the peripheral benefits of the event" Stakeholder Cooperation Matrix Countermeasure "," Cooperation Matrix Countermeasure of Important Stakeholders of the Event and Peripheral Stakeholders of the Event ".3.Use the crossed method to find the Nash equilibrium point of each cooperation matrix game,balance the cooperation of the game participants,and solve the matrix that has active Nash equilibrium point through the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium.In this cooperation game,the strategy combination with the most benefits for all parties in this cooperation game provides a certain theoretical basis for the future cooperation strategy selection of stakeholders in large-scale table tennis events in Chengdu.
