Objective: The healthy development of human beings is the important condition of their life,the preschool period of children is the early stage of healthy development,the important period of growth and development,the development and formation of the movement skill,the sensitive period of training basic action ability,and the key period for the establishment of preschool children's action mode.Based on the characteristics of preschool growth and development of children,the theory and training methods of functional training were introduced into children's sports activities and life,and the children were trained to establish a correct and scientific action mode to promote the healthy growth of physical development.It will lay a foundation for the formation of good sports mode and excellent athletic performance in the future.Methods: Select the name 3-6 year old preschool children,divided into experimental group and control group,each group.To select the experimental group of pre-school children in a functional training method for a period of weeks of training intervention,the experimental group in accordance with the functional training of the experimental design program for training,the control group according to the normal course training content.Both the experimental group and the control group were tested and the normative evaluation of the action pattern was performed before and after the experiment.Action Mode indicator test: Go,run,throw,jump,climb,etc.,select the movement of the balance beam,ten M-turn,tennis throw far,standing long jump,two feet continuous jump,hexagon jump,cat crawl,for test indicators to reflect the participants in the action mode of action patterns.To compare the differences between the test indexes of experimental group and control group before and after the experimental intervention,and to analyze the experimental research on the establishment of the action mode of preschool children by functional training.In this study,the action of the Movement intervention is: Toe walk,heel walk,marching between the lunge walk;marching between the steps of running,Sprint running,turn-running,cross-running,sideslip step,jump movement: open and close jump,single foot jump,reaction cross jump,jump lattice,jump mold ball,cast action: Bomb,Sea cotton ball;Spiders crawl and so on the various functional training actions to intervene;the training times are 3 times per week,the training time is every minutes,the training intensity is average heart rate between 140-160.Results: After the experiment,the test time of the experiment group Ten was the 8.06±1.42 s,the control group was 8.18±1.22 s,the experimental group The time of the ten M-turn was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference in the increase(P?0.05).After the experiment,the experiment group took the test time of the balance beam 11.08±6.70 s,the control group was 13.08±4.87 s,the experimental group took the balance beam time is higher than the control group,The increase is significantly different(P?0.05).After the experiment,the experimental group standing long jump test distance is 1.04±0.17 m,the control group is 1.00±0.20 m,the experimental group standing long jump is higher than the group,The increase is significantly different(P?0.01).After the experiment,the experimental group tennis ball far away from the test distance of 5.10±1.60 m,the control group for the 4.92±2.25 m Experimental group tennis ball throw far higher than the control group,The increase is significantly different(P?0.05).After the experiment,the testing time of the test group was 7.96±2.70 s,the control group was 8.37±3.34 s,and the time of continuous jump was higher than the control rent.,the increase is significantly different(P?0.05).After the experiment,the test time of the experimental group was 13.56±4.62 s,and the control group was 11.93±4.64 s,The time of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the increase was significantly different(P?0.05).After the experiment,the cat crawled test time was 10.80±3.74 s,the control group was 14.87±3.95 s,the experimental group cat crawl time was higher than the control group,The increase is significantly different(P?0.05).After the experiment,the testing distance of the test group sitting body forward flexion was 10.68±6.80 cm,and the control group was 7.08±3.37 cm,The distance of the anterior flexion of the sitting body in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.(P?0.01).That is,the study has statistical significance,indicating that after the intervention of the functional training after the week,the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the action pattern indices.Conclusion:(1)The intervention of functional training has a significant effect on the establishment of preschool children's action pattern.(2)The experimental results show that the intervention of the functional training has a significant effect on the action modes of the preschool children's turn-running,two-legged continuous jump,cat crawl and hexagon jump,which also shows that the intervention of functional training has a high speed,sensitivity,balance and Coordination and other qualities have a significant role in promoting.
