Since the implementation of the second phase of the curriculum reform in Shanghai,the physical education in Shanghai has become more rational and diversified,both in terms of curriculum philosophy and teaching,and more focused on the teaching of students' physical and mental characteristics.In 2012,the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in accordance with the physical and mental characteristics of high school students launched the "high physical education specialization" teaching reform pilot work,and achieved some success.At the same time,the implementation of students 'health promotion project in Shanghai has changed the students' demand for physical education.It is mainly reflected in the diversity of sports function,the interest of sports form,the diversity of sports content and the leadership of physical education teachers The Students 'interest gradually began to be concerned about,in physical education,not only to pay attention to the healthy development of students' physical and mental health,but also more concerned about the interest in student movement to stimulate.As a pioneer in the national sports reform,in order to better speed up the curriculum reform,better convergence of primary and junior high physical education and health courses to promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health,improve the interest of primary school students,the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission put forward " Junior high school diversification "reform.On the basis of the reform of "primary physical education interest" in Shanghai,this paper uses literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to introduce the background of the reform of primary physical education interest,and put forward the research situation at home and abroad Review,and in Linyuan primary school and Minhang Experimental Primary School primary physical education interest reform experiment.Among them,Linyuan Primary School Grade 1 and Class 3(total of 67),Grade 2 and Grade 5(total of 73)and Minhang Experimental Grade 5(Grade 44)as experimental group,Baoshan Training Experiment School Grade 1 and 2(73),Grade 1 and 2(56)and Grade 5 and Grade 2(63 participants)as the control group to explore the effect of primary physical education interest reform.At the same time,four teachers of Linyuan Primary School and 10 physical education teachers of Minhang Experimental Primary School were interviewed to understand the specific measures of primary physical education interest reform and the teachers' cognition on the reform of primary physical education interest,Explores the effect and causes of the reform of primary physical education interest,and puts forward some suggestions on the further implementation of the reform of primary physical education interest.Through the study,the following conclusions:1.The reform of primary physical education interest experiment focused on the development of student interest and athletic ability,emphasizing gameplay and diversification in teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching methods and teaching organization,which has effectively stimulated the interest of primary school students'Primary school students physical health level,but in the teaching evaluation to be improved.2.In the experiment of primary physical education interest reform,the students'physical health level and the level of interest in physical education have obvious grade effect.The performance of a comprehensive improvement of the fifth grade students to improve the physical health level,to improve the second grade students height,weight,heart and lung function,sensitive quality and first grade students height and weight;effectively improve the first and fifth grade students in physical education Interest level,and significantly better than the second grade,which may be related to the grade of teachers teaching behavior.3.In the experiment of primary physical education interest reform,there is obvious gender and main effect and grade and gender interaction effect in students' height and sensitivity.There are obvious gender main effects on negative interest,other physical health level and physical education Interest indicators are not obvious gender effects,which is consistent with the physical and mental development of primary school students.
