in recent years,with the international dunk competition widely carried out around the world,some dunk teams in China are actively participating in the competition,and the overall sports level has been gradually improved.Dunk action combined with strength and speed,in the strong explosive visual impact,by the majority of basketball enthusiasts praise.The breakthrough in vertical space can not be separated from the training of bounce force.At first,the United States carried out research on the training of basketball special spring force,through the development of private plans to use equipment and swimming pool to stimulate the strength of lower limb muscle training,and achieved better results.At the same time,the domestic trainers in the reference to foreign bouncing training program,but also in line with their own reality International training programs have also achieved some results.The purpose of this study is to draw lessons from foreign jumping training programs,sort out new training contents that are in line with the reality,and finally test whether the jumping ability of the trainees has been significantly improved compared with previous ones,and explore whether the program is suitable for the physical fitness of the basketball majors in Chengdu sports university.Using literature method,experiment method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,collect the relevant data of basketball players' spring ability training,select 80 participants as the experimental object,complete the eight-week training according to the designated procedure,interview the special teachers and professors of basketball,and obtain the data.80 participants According to the number of people equally divided into the experimental group and the control group,test the experimental group and the control group before and after three take-off methods(in situ vertical jump,run-up feet take-off,run-up one-foot take-off),statistical processing of the data obtained,analysis of the PJF performance bounce training plan is in line with the actual training situation of domestic college students and feasibility.The experimental results are analyzed by experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and the following conclusions are drawn:After eight weeks of training in the experimental group and the control group,three kinds of take-off test indexes,such as one-legged take-off,two-legged take-off and high in-situ take-off,were tested The P values are all 0.000,that is,there is a highsignificant difference in P<0.01,which indicates that both the PJF performance bounce training plan and the domestic training plan can effectively enhance the spring ability of the participants.One of the experimental group completed the training plan,the average of the run-up one-foot take-off touch height increased 3.65 cm;the average of the run-up two-foot take-off touch height increased 3.58 cm;the average of the in-situ take-off touch height increased 3.52 cm.After the control group completed the training plan,the average value of the one-foot jump height of the run-up increased by 2.48 cm;and the average value of the two-foot jump height of the run-up increased by 2.5%.cm;average of the original take-off height increased by 2.43 cm.In the horizontal comparison of the two groups of data,it was found that the increase value of the in-situ take-off touch high data between the experimental group and the control group was the lowest in the group;in the longitudinal comparison,the increase value of the three indexes of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.As a result,the PJF performance training program has more advantages in improving the spring ability of experimental members.
