The provincial youth basketball teams are important training bases for China basketball reserve talents,but they in order to complete the task of the National Games,the blind implementation of the "3 start points and 1 large" training principle,forcing young athletes prematurely and excessively engaged in specialized training,without a solid foundation lead to bad training effect and higher injury rate,the sports life-span of young athletes are seriously shorten.The State Sports General Administration,the Ministry of Education jointly formulated and issued on the strengthening of sports talents training work guidance" pointed out: "the cultivation of reserve sports talents decide the comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development of sports undertakings,must always attach great importance to and innovation."Functional training,as an advanced training concept,is gradually recognized by the top athletes and sports teams in China with its high training effect and low sports injury risk.However,in many young sports teams,functional training is unfamiliar.Functional training should gradually develop from elite athletes to grass-roots players and make a solid foundation for China's competitive sports.Take Hebei young men's basketball team which is prepare to the National Games as the object of study.Using the method of literature,interview,expert investigation,experiment,field investigation and mathematical statistics to set up a strength and conditioning evaluation index system for young basketball players.Monitor their competition and training load.According to the results of evaluation and monitoring,we designed a set of functional training program for young men's basketball players in China,hoping to provide useful reference and guidance for young men's basketball players.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the aspect of external load monitoring,The PL·min of the third section was the lowest one,while the second section was the highest one.The load of the outside players is significantly higher than that of the inside players.The outside players have more horizontal movement while the centers have more jumps.The team have a large imbalance between Acc and Dec,CoD L and CoD R.In the aspect of internal load monitoring,the fourth and fifth heart rate intervals of the whole team is low,and the anaerobic endurance is poor.2.A set of young men's basketball players' physical assessment program is set up.It includes four aspects: risk assessment of sports injury,body shape,physical quality and body function.The risk assessment of sports injuries include functional movement screening,Ybalance test,and foot stress test.Physical shape evaluation includes the basic form of the body and the test of the body composition.Physical quality assessment includes strength,speed,endurance,agility,flexibility and coordination.Physical function assessment includes exercise and quiet heart rate assessment.3.A functional training program that suitable for young men's basketball players is designed.The program includes five principles of training,three training periods,354 training methods.4.A number of indicators of FMS test and Y balance test were improved in different degree.The pressure distribution of the front,the arch and the heel of the foot tend to be rationalized,and the proportion of the splayfoot dropped.With the decrease of the risk of sports injury,the sports injury and pain of the athletes have also been greatly alleviated and improved.5.The average weight,chest circumference and Ktole index of the team increased.The average fat content of the team decreased,muscle mass increased and body fat percentage decreased.The strength,speed,endurance,agility and flexibility of subjects were improved;the special action tended to be coordinated,and the timing of muscle activation and the RMS of landing buffer and jump shot were more reasonable.The quiet heart rate of the subjects decreased significantly,and the highest and average heart rate of the aerobic and anaerobic exercise decreased,and the recovery rate of heart rate after running increased significantly.
