As the most important interpersonal relationship in school education,the relationship between teachers and students has an important impact on the realization of educational purposes.Care is the cornerstone of education and the core element of teacher-student relationship.However,in today's school education,teachers and students pay more attention to interests,resulting in apathy and lack of care.In the long run,it will not be conducive to the development of both teachers and students and the realization of educational purposes.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate the caring behavior and ability of teachers and students,and construct the caring relationship between teachers and students.In the 1990 s,the theory of care gradually came into the public's vision.Noddings put forward to apply the theory of care to school education,and cultivate the quality of care.From the perspective of caring theory,this study collected data through questionnaire,interview,observation and other methods,and concluded the current situation and existing problems of caring teacher-student relationship in Wuhan m high school.The main problems are: improper way of caring,single content of caring students,low frequency of caring,lack of emotion and response.To analyze the cause of lack of care and propose improvementstrategies.Among them,the construction of caring relationship between teachers and students in senior high school is the focus of this study.The study proposes that practice,example,dialogue and recognition should be integrated into the daily care behavior of teachers and students to cultivate teachers and students with caring quality and ability.Specifically,teachers are required to play a leading role,pay attention to the emotional and continuous care,recognize the practice of students' care,and improve the quality of students' care;students respond positively to form a good interaction with teachers.
