| With the definition of the framework of key competence in China,there are more and more researches on how to develop students’ key competence.For a long time,because of the educational function of the Museums,kinds of Museums have been a common place for teachers and students to carry out extra-curricular teaching.Compared with classrooms,Museums tend to have more open space,more extensive exhibits and more professional researchers or equipment.These characteristics of the Museums can cultivate students ’practical ability and research ability,as well as broaden students’ knowledge,which is to promote students’ key competence.The characteristics of Museums are favorable for curriculum developments based on key competence.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of students’ key competence development,Museum curriculum developers should consider involving students ’key competence into the curriculum development process.This paper’s study is base on the case of the H Museum curriculum development,by using the methods of literature and case analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)to discuss the feasibility and necessity of the development of stadium curriculum based on key competence.(2)the presentation and analysis of the whole development process of the Museum curriculum of H Museum.(3)the case analysis of the H Museum curriculum development.And through the analysis of the H Museum curriculum development case,the paper will put out the general recommendations about Museum curriculum development that base on key competence.The general idea of this paper is as follows: firstly,with background of the framework of key competence be defined,the paper will sorted out the feasibility and necessity on curriculum development that base on key competence.Secondly,the paper will discuss the advantages of H Museum on curium development that base on key competence.Thirdly,by sorting out the pictures,texts and the data left in the case of H Museum’s curriculum development,the paper will presented the case again: including the process of determining the course development target of the courses,the process of compiling the courses content,the course implementation and evaluation mechanism of the courses.At the same time,the model of H Museum’s curriculum development will be extracted,as well as the analyzed of the role of personnel involved in curriculum development.Finally,based on the case study of H Museum’s curriculum development,this paper will summarizes the reflection and suggestions on Museum curriculum development based on key competence.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the reasons for the selection of this theme,research about the related significance,research issues and research scope,core concept definition,literature review,research ideas and research methods.The second part is to analyze the origin of the curriculum development project of the H Museum.Including the summary of the deficiencies of the original curriculum of the H Museum,and the reasons why the H Museum wanted to lunch the curriculum development project,and the advantages of H Museum to lunch curriculum development and the ways to lunch the curriculum development.The third part is the presentation and analysis of the H Museum curriculum development process,including the concrete process of curriculum development of h Museum,the curriculum objectives,the curriculum content,the curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation;The basic model of H Museum curriculum development and the roles and roles of the personnel involved in H Museum curriculum development will be analyze.The fourth part is the case analysis of the H Museum curriculum development,including the experience of the curriculum development case,such as the curriculum structure needs to be balanced,comprehensive and selective;the curriculum should embody the characteristics of the Museum,and the curriculum should attach to the cultivation of students’ key competence.This section also includes general recommendations based on the case of curriculum development for h Museum and Museum,such as translating key competence into specific curriculum objectives.Make use of the resources and advantages of the Museum,develop the practical courses and perfect the evaluation mechanism and promotion mechanism of the Museum courses.The fifth part is the summary of this research,including the summary of the research results and the reflection of the research deficiencies. |
