Path Analysis Of Social Work To Help Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty will curb social development and threaten social harmony and stability.The party and the government have adopted many poverty alleviation methods and formulated a series of policies to solve the problem.In 2014,the party and the government formally formulated and issued the strategic policy of "targeted poverty alleviation",which is of great significance to China.The proposal and practice of targeted poverty alleviation is a leap forward Through several years' efforts,we have achieved remarkable results.However,behind such remarkable results,there are high-intensity and large amount of investment in government finance and government administration costs.It is limited to rely solely on government administration and its single poverty alleviation model to solve poverty problems.Therefore,we need to innovate poverty alleviation mechanism and integrate multiple subjects to help in poverty alleviation targeted poverty alleviation.In many professional people and teams,professional social work and targeted poverty alleviation have a strong internal fit,and social work to help targeted poverty alleviation has its theoretical feasibility,so how does China's social work help targeted poverty alleviation? In practice,what is the way for social work to help targeted poverty alleviation? How can we give full play to the professional advantages of social work to help targeted poverty alleviation?Based on the case study of Chongqing Dongqing social work service center helping Guangping village in Wulong District,with the support of the advantage perspective,the theory of increasing energy,Maslow's demand level and the social support theory,three research methods are adopted.It is found that at present,China's social work is based on people and households by giving full play to its professional advantages Six paths,namely,help,policy publicity and construction,building social support network for poverty alleviation,enhancing the ability of poverty alleviation objects to get rid of poverty,broadening income increasing channels based on characteristic industries and dynamically tracking the poverty alleviation effect,are used to help precision poverty alleviation.The whole path is based on precision identification,and precise management is carried out by means of personalized,customized and multidimensional help methods,and regular return visit is used to evaluate the effect,So as to help the poor get rid of poverty and help the targeted poverty alleviation.In the interviews with front-line poverty alleviation social workers,poverty alleviation targets and grassroots poverty alleviation cadres,it is found that there are four problems in the path of social work to help targeted Poverty Alleviation:low influence of social work,lack of professional talents,incomplete play of advantages and insufficient depth of some plans.According to the causes of the problems and the practical experience of Jiangxi women's mutual aid fund and the American community poverty alleviation project,this paper puts forward five ways to solve the problems,which are to strengthen self-awareness,improve the training system of rural social workers,improve the incentive mechanism for social workers,strengthen the government training and formulate a systematic help plan.
