Middle school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,and the cognition of individual development and the definition of social connotation are formed to a great extent in this age.Today's society is a risk society,in view of risk society,how to avoid risks,so as to better adapt to society,maximize and optimize the development of the individual,is a real problem in the process of growth of middle school students have to face.As a result,the individual qualities of social adaptability are becoming important.From the perspective of physical exercise effect on students' ability to adapt to society,using the method of questionnaire survey,the 10 middle school students in Huludao city conducted a sample survey,466 questionnaires were available.The questionnaire sample basically covers the urban,county and township middle school student groups.By means of statistical analysis such as t test,variance analysis and correlation analysis,the relationship between physical exercise and social adjustment ability of middle school students is analyzed.The results of the study are as follows:1.The average score of social adjustment ability of middle school students was 238.08,among which 25%was lower than 213,50%was lower than 235.5,and 75%was less than 260.1n terms of gender,male and female students "mental energy","interpersonal adaptability" and "resilience" and "social adaptability”and other factors had no significant difference(p>0.05),but the "psychological advantage boys" factor than girls,have a very significant difference(p<0.01).In the year,"the psychological advantage of grade three sense factor means higher than high,grade two and grade three,with a significant difference(p<0.05);the first”mental energy "factor is higher than the third grade,with significant difference(p<0.05);high grade" interpersonal adaptability factor means higher than that of the first grade has the difference,the difference(p<0.05);grade resilience factor higher than junior and senior grade,with differences(p<0.05),the average grade is higher than the average high in the first grade,the difference has very difference(p<0.01);grade "social adaptability factor" mean higher than the second and the third grade,with differences(p<0.05),the average grade is higher than that of the first grade,the difference has very difference(p<0.0 1).2.In addition to "exercise intensity" and "interpersonal adaptation"(r=0.043)there is no significant correlation between the outside(p>0.05),and "psychological advantage"(r=0.098),"mental energy"(r=0.105),and "mental resilience"(r=0.115)and "social adaptation"(r=0.103)between a very significant positive correlated(p<0.01);"The average daily exercise time" and"sense of psychological superiority"(r=0.116),"mental energy"(r=0.210),"interpersonal adaptation"(r=0.131),and "mental resilience"(r=0.209)and "social adaptation"(r=0.202)there were very significant between the low positive correlation(p<0.01);"The number of average weekly exercise" and "sense of psychological superiority"(r=0.188),"mental energy"(r=0.207),"interpersonal adaptation"(r=0.131),and "mental resilience"(r=0.152)and "social adaptation"(r=0.197)there were very significant between the low positive correlation(p<0.01).3.Physical exercise in the form of "group training" and "exercise alone" in between"interpersonal adaptability" and "resilience" and "social adaptation score" factor has very significant difference(p<0.01),a factor of two but in the sense of psychological superiority"and" mental energy”no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.The social adaptability of middle school students doesn't increase with the grade,but the difference is obvious at each factor level.Differences are mainly manifested in the psychological sense of the sense of the third grade students in the psychological superiority than other grades of students have a strong sense of psychological superiority,the gap between the highest number of third and second grade students,in the overall trend.The first year students have a relatively low sense of psychological superiority,the first grade is relatively high sense of psychological superiority;again,significant differences in the performance of sophomore students and the first student's interpersonal adaptability.Interpersonal adaptability mainly includes music group,trust,social acceptance and altruistic tendency of four aspects,the first student was significantly higher than the sophomore students,and the first student's interpersonal adaptability than other grade students are high;Finally,There were no significant differences in the number of students in the year of psychological flexibility,and the first grade was still higher than that of other grades.2.The intensity of physical exercise,daily exercise time,weekly frequency of physical exercise and the students' social adaptability "among the various factors,in addition to"between the intensity of physical exercise "and" interpersonal adaptability "factors have no significant correlation,other factors had significant positive correlation.3.In the form of physical exercise,the mean of "interpersonal adaptability","psychological elasticity" and "social adaptive score" of the "peer training" group is much higher than that of the "exercise alone" group.Therefore,physical exercise has a positive impact on the improvement of social adaptability of middle school students.
