The relationship between physical exercise and mental health has always been an important research topic in exercise psychology.In the process of physical exercise,interaction,progress,unity,friendship,competition,and win can all be reflected.In the 21 st century,the ever-increasing social competition has changed the requirements for university students' adaptability to society.As a member of a new era,they are required to not only have a solid foundation of professional knowledge also have an innovative concept,and must adapt to changes in internal and external environments.This article analyzes the relationship between physical exercise and college students' social adaptability,and conducts a regression analysis on factors such as physical exercise that affect college students' social adaptability.Chengdu University of Technology,Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine,Southwest University for Nationalities,Chengdu University and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications,randomly selected 464 college students to conduct a questionnaire survey on their physical exercise and social adaptability.In addition,I chose two students who had poor social skills in the second grade to conduct exercise interventions in the internship.It has been initially understood whether the social adaptability of college students after physical exercise will be improved.Research shows:1.Exercise college students' social adaptability was significantly stronger than the non-exercise college students.The average score of the college students' social adaptability was 22.53±8.70 points,the overall rating was “average”;the average social acceptability of non-exercise college students was: 11.16±8.74 points,and the overall "Poor" rating.Case experiments have initially shown that physical exercise can improve the social adaptability of college students.2.There is a significant difference in the social adaptability ofbcollege students in thedifferent exercise program.College students who are trained in the collective project are significantly stronger than the social adaptability of college students who are confrontation projects or individual projects.3.Regression analysis shows that physical exercise and grade factors have a significant influence on college students' social adaptability,and the factors that physical exercise are especially obvious.Conclusion: Physical exercise has a positive effect on college students' social adaptability,and it is more obvious that they participate in collective project exercise.
