Communication between teachers and students is an important behavior in teaching activities and the situational expression of human communication behavior.Asking questioning in classroom is not only a teaching method,but also a form of interaction between teachers and students.In the face of the diversity of educational forms and the richness of educational resources,there are a series of problems in the practical and effective classroom communication between teachers and students,which cannot be avoided under the modern higher education mode.A good relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of talents.The interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities is the key part of the harmonious construction of colleges and universities,and the harmonious construction of colleges and universities is also the key part of the harmonious construction of society.In the "overall plan for promoting the construction of world-class universities and disciplines" issued by the State Council,it is clearly proposed to accelerate the establishment of a number of world-class universities and disciplines,aiming to cultivate more "high-level,precise and top-notch" talents.In the 54 Youth Festival of 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping also pointed out clearly at Peking University's Teacher Student Symposium: "education prospering is national prosperity,education is strong while state is strong." Higher education is an important symbol of a country's development level and potential." Higher education is the main battlefield of talent strategy.This study further deepens the research on the communication behavior of university teachers and students by studying the questioning link of teachers and students.On the one hand,it has certain theoretical basis and practical significance for the communication behavior of university teachers and students,on the other hand,it is a kind of concern for higher education.The main research methods used in this study are literature method and questionnaire method.Under the enlightenment of Habermas' s theory of communicative behavior,based on the three principles of sincerity,authenticity and accuracy of his theory,the Questionnaire of Classroom Questioning and Interaction between Teachers and Students in Colleges and Universities was compiled in three dimensions.A total of 510 undergraduate students from several colleges of a university were selected as the research objects in the questionnaire to investigate the interaction behavior between teachers and students in the course of questioning.According to the data feedback in the questionnaire,the problem is summed up,the causes of the problem are analyzed and the countermeasures are designed.According to the survey data,this study analyzes the following problems from three aspects: authenticity,sincerity and accuracy: the limitation of teachers' role,emotional alienation,lack of listening,lack of evaluation depth,weakening of questioning awareness,lack of confidence in classroom expression,lack of motivation for classroom interaction,restriction of classroom infrastructure and teaching The reduction of division force.In view of the problems and reasons of the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom,this paper puts forward the following improvement measures and countermeasures.Starting from improving the authenticity of classroom questioning interaction between teachers and students in Colleges and Universities: establishing a good question and answer relationship,understanding and defining questions,gather teachers and students,assisting students in self exploration;starting from improving the sincerity of classroom questioning interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities: jumping out of the corner,elimination of defense,expressing themselves;improving the accuracy of classroom questioning interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities Hand: form,content and method.
