The "General High School Curriculum Program and Chinese Discipline Curriculum Standards(2017 Version)" demonstrates the important educational direction of "Building a Virtue".Sports core literacy began to enter our field of vision,and soon became a hot topic at the moment.The core qualities of sports mainly include athletic ability,healthy behaviors and sports ethics.These three aspects coincide with the concept of Chinese healthy sports curriculum model.The Chinese Health Sports Curriculum Model is a sports curriculum model that conforms to China 's current national conditions and boldly moves towards an international platform.It emphasizes student development as the center,focuses on cultivating students 'health awareness and behavior,and allows students to learn sports themselves It also respects the students 'learning and needs,fully stimulates students' interest in learning,and solves some problems in China's local curriculum.This article uses the literature method and expert interview method to fully understand the core literacy of sports and the Chinese healthy sports curriculum model.Through the mathematical analysis method,logical analysis method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and other research methods,to carry out the middle school basketball teaching experiment.Taking a natural class student in the eighth grade of the middle school affiliated to Henan Normal University as the experimental class and another natural class student as the control class,two classes of Chinese healthy sports curriculum basketball teaching and traditional model basketball teaching were given respectively.Then compare and analyze the physical fitness indexes,basketball skills,healthy behaviors,sports ethics and mental health of the two class students,and draw the conclusion:Under the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model,students' core literacy and mental health have been significantly improved.In terms of physical fitness,the Chinese Health Sports Curriculum Model has significant advantages over traditional teaching methods in terms of vital capacity,pull-ups,oneminute sit-ups,and 1,000-meter and 800-meter runs.In terms of basketball skills,the three indicators of students' basketball skills(competitive ability,dribbling ability,shooting ability)under the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model have been significantly improved after learning.The traditional teaching model has also achieved certain results.Two of the three indicators of students(dribbling ability and shooting ability)have been significantly improved after one semester of study.After a questionnaire analysis,the situation of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model students is significantly better than the traditional teaching model in the three aspects of health behavior,sports morality and mental health.This study analyzes the reasons why the teaching of Chinese health physical education curriculum mode has achieved significant teaching effects,including stimulating students' interest in learning and cultivating good sports habits.And put forward two suggestions for the use of Chinese health physical education curriculum model in the current middle school teaching curriculum:One is to lead the teaching content through the course objectives.The course objectives should focus on three aspects: athletic ability,healthy behavior,and sports ethics.The second is to design more games and games in the teaching process,which can simplify the rules of the game,create more simplified games,and increase structured teaching,so that students can better master sports skills.Situational teaching can better enhance students 'interest in practice,and complex situational teaching can increase students' application ability.When teaching,try to reduce unnecessary preaching to ensure the density of exercise,and carry out targeted compensation exercises on physical fitness exercises,so that the physical fitness of students no longer declines.
