Chinese health sports curriculum pattern is clear by season professor and his research team in the long run on the basis of theoretical research and practical exploration in 2015,since early 2016 a number of provinces and cities in the country to establish the experimental base,large-scale experiment and promotion through the implementation of the curriculum,enhance the students’ physical and mental health,especially the past 30 years in our country the problem of youth physical health level of students is declining.Chinese health and physical education curriculum model is the first curriculum model in the field of school physical education in China under the "Curriculum Standards".The method is novel and highly operable,and has been widely concerned and studied by many experts,scholars and front-line physical education workers.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,teaching experiment and other research methods,to China’s healthy physical education curriculum model in the application of the high school basketball module teaching as the research object,select hainan middle school,high school basketball option class 2,grade 2,a total of 72 students as subjects,Set Chinese health physical education curriculum model control group,experimental group and traditional teaching after 18 hours for a module of teaching experiment,from the student sports ability,health and sports behavior and moral character of the three major sports discipline core literacy theory and practice application research,to explore China’s healthy physical education curriculum model in practical application and operation on the objective basis and practical reference.The research results showed that:1.In terms of athletic ability,both the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model and the traditional teaching model can promote the improvement of athletic skills.Especially in terms of students’ physical function and endurance quality,the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model has an obvious promoting effect.On the whole,the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model is better than the traditional teaching model in promoting the athletic ability.2.In the aspect of health behavior,the Chinese health physical education curriculum mode and the traditional physical education curriculum model has obvious promoting effect,the main difference on the health knowledge to master and use,Chinese health physical education curriculum model of structured knowledge and skills,help students to master scientific exercise methods and related health knowledge.On the whole,the Chinese health physical education curriculum model has a positive role in promoting students’ health behavior.3.In the aspect of physical morality,the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model has different promotion effects from the traditional teaching model.In contrast,the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model has a large number of games,activities and competitions,which can promote the cultivation of physical morality.On the whole,the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model has a certain promotion effect on physical morality.
