In his report to the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that cultural confidence is a more fundamental,deeper and lasting force in the development of a country and a nation,and that cultural confidence originates from China's excellent traditional culture.A city has a city's culture,a city has a city's memory,the traditional culture hidden in the urban life as a city's regional characteristics,should be valued and handed down.Art Education has individual value and social value,individual value emphasizes the promotion of students'spiritual feeling and skill performance ability,and social function lies in cultivating students'comprehensive cognitive ability.The aim of this research is to make people better understand history,various experiences in life,cultural knowledge and skills by opening a "window" for them to master experiences through the development of art curriculum.Xinxiang is located in Central Plain,as the ancient development of the central city,which contains a unique regional culture.As a synonym of Xinxiang,Makino Culture Endows Xinxiang with its unnique humanistic spirit because of its unique regional characteristics and historical background.Under the new situation that the reforam of fine arts education advocates the development of regional curriculum,it is of far-reaching significance to explore the local characteristic resources and to tap the resources of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The children in the primary school are in the school age of 9 to 10 years old and are in the stage of forming their imagination and realistic ability.when they are involved in the study of the art crriculum with rich cultural connotation,can effectively help students achieve comprehensive development.Based on the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture,this paper focuses on the local fine arts resources and the contents of teaching materials,the first chapter investigales the current situation of the opening and utilization of the regional traditional cultural resources in the teaching of primary schools in Xinxiang through questionnaires and interviews,to investigate the elementary school students' basic cognition and learning enthusiasm for traditional culture after art course.According to the teaching situation and teachers'views on the development of the curriculum,this paper makes an anaalysis to lay a foundation for the development of the curriculum.The second section gives an overview of the outstanding traditional cultural resources in Xinxiang Xinxiang.It includes the geographical and natural resources,historical and cultural resources,folk customs and traditional Folk Arts and culture of Xinxiang.The traditional culture resources of each module are closely realated to the whole culture of Chinese traditional culture,not limited to the "regional" perspective.The author expects to expand the students'contact with Chinese excellent traditional culture and look at Chinese civilization with the whole cancept.In the third chapter,the author sunmarizes the principles of curriculum development by integrating the excellent traditional cultural resources into the fine arts teaching,so that the fine arts educators can carry out the living development in combination with the regional cultural resources according to this chapter,the text "live" communication,with the case of independent development.The Fourth Chapter focuses on the traditional culture of geography resources,history and humanities,folk festivas,living,eating and living.On the basis of the curriculum system,the author selects Xinxiang Primary schools and off-campus art education institutions to carry on the practice,and then carries on the reflection summary with the student feedback result.The fifh chapter summarizes and expands the problems in the process of practice,summarizes the shortoomings of the text,and guides the excellent educators to develop a better art course on the basis of the Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem of the text,combine the blood of Chinese traditional culture with modern innovation times,carry on living inheritance.This research is based on the Development and utilization of Xinxiang's outstanding traditional cultural resources,and integrates the development and design of Primary School Art Curriculum,combining the curriculum with the current teaching materials of Fine Arts and local resources in Henan Province,the relevant material packages are generated,so that the outstanding traditional culture of the region can be systematically introduced into the curriculum of Xinxiang regional primary schools,and students'cultural self-confidenoe can be enhanced,lay The foundation for deeper knowledge in the future.
