| Middle school teachers are important leaders in the diversion stage of basic education.Attaching great importance to the development of junior middle school teachers and building high quality teachers is one of the important approaches to achieve the basic mission of building moral education.Based on this,this thesis is focused on the subject of junior middle school teachers’ professional development,and provides some optimized countermeasures for front-line education managers as reference from the perspective of education management by reducing teachers’ burden as a fundamental guarantee,and to enhance the effectiveness of teachers’ career development paths.Based on the questionnaire investigation of 328 middle school teachers in the N district of G City,some of them were interviewed,this article finds that there are some problems in the development of junior middle school teachers:Insufficient rationality in developing time,lack of autonomy of development subjects,and lack of directionality in development process.We further attributed the problems to teachers’ excessive workload and the effectiveness of professional development paths,and proposed two optimized countermeasures to reduce the burden and promote development and increase the effectiveness and quality.Measures to reduce the burden and promote development,in particular include focusing on educational power to assist teachers’ development,injecting humanistic care and concern for teachers’ growth,and improving the supervision system to stimulate teachers’ vitality;In order to improve efficiency and quality,the measures include the effective integration of IT into education and the effective use of regional hybrid training,flexibly building professional learning communities,and reasonably using teacher professional development schools. |
