As the builders of higher education of China,college teachers need to provide knowledge resources for the cultivation of senior national talents,and assume the responsibility of Intellectual education and morality education;as national and social senior think tanks,they need to have some scientific research in their professional fields The output of results bears the heavy responsibility of a national talented nation strategy.The special nature of their profession and the importance of trainees' determination determine that college teachers not only need to teach and educate people,but also need to love their jobs,be good at others,be tireless,cultivate the lofty spirit and good quality of students in scientific research China is aggressive and promotes teaching reform,actively promotes teaching reform in its career,promotes cooperation among colleagues,and makes professional suggestions for the development of the school.In recent years,the Party Central Committee has successively introduced the policy spirit document,such as "Efforts to do a good job in education that the people are satisfied with","Education-oriented,moral education first",and "Put people up as fundamental tasks in education",Colleges and universities serve as the cradle of knowledge for the moral and intellectual construction of senior national talents,and college teachers serve as a bridge and link for the national higher education cause?Naturally,it has assumed a higher level of teaching quality and more scientific research results,and at the same time raised higher social expectations for its moral education level and surrounding behaviors in teaching work,Which increased the additional teaching tasks and scientific research burden of college teachers.The limitation of time and energy resources makes it less time and energy to invest in the output of peripheral behavior and peripheral performance.In view of this,this study explores a resource recovery mechanism exploratoryly,and uses the recovery experience of college teachers as the starting point to analyze the factors that affect the surrounding performance of college teachers in the new realistic background.Management Suggestions to Improve College Teachers' Peripheral Performance.Based on the theory of resource conservation theory and effort recovery theory,the mediating role of occupational well-being and the regulating effect of self-efficacy are theoretically derived,and a regulated mediating model is constructed in the recovery experience and peripheral performance.By using the method of questionnaire survey and expanding the channels of questionnaire collection,231 valid data including 25 colleges and universities were collected from July 2018 to November 2019 through offline visits,online questionnaires to college teachers' email and wechat,teachers' OA system and the resources of Undergraduate's and master's classmate.The empirical analysis results show that: the two sub dimensions of recovery experience and control experience are positively affected It influences the peripheral performance of college teachers;Career happiness mediates the relationship between the two sub dimensions of recovery experience and control experience and the peripheral performance of college teachers;self-efficacy regulates the relationship between career happiness and the peripheral performance of college teachers.Based on the empirical results,it puts forward management suggestions such as building a college teacher's experience environment with multiple "motivation factors",improving the college teacher's mental health care mechanism,and improving the college teachers' self-efficacy.
