Research On The Training Path Of Students Majoring In Hotel Management In The University Of Applied Sciences

With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,the demand for hotel talents supporting tourism industry is also expanding.In this regard,the country has issued a series of policies to encourage ordinary universities around the country to transform into universities of applied technology based on their own advantages.Universities of applied technology are more targeted in the cultivation of talents and cultivate innovative and skilled talents in the industry.But the application technology of the current our country university personnel training and also there are many problems in the practical teaching plan,the hotel management professional talents of practical ability training and hotel industry demand for talent there is a certain gap,many colleges and universities are still the continuation of the original teaching model,can't fusion technology universities should be teaching characteristic,ignore many applications and technical personnel should grasp of the cultivation of practical ability and internal ability,this also for the application of technical personnel training development direction of the university of certain obstacles.Based on the training direction of applied technology university,this paper discusses how to train applied technology talents in hotel management major of applied technology university in China.This paper studies the current situation of hotel management specialty development in China's university of applied technology and its macroscopic development direction.Summarize the advanced experience of the international authoritative hotel management college,and then understand the problems of the hotel management major of the university of applied technology through the questionnaire.Based on the theory of related learning ability and the demand of the hotel industry for talents,this paper establishes the capability model of hotel management students in the university of applied technology,and discusses how to improve the comprehensive capability of the hotel application technology talents through the way of production,study and research.Finally,this paper summarizes the main content of hotel management talent training in applied technology university based on the relevant content and operation way of the model,and finally puts forward the main content of talent training for both universities and enterprises according to relevant content.
