In order to meet the needs of the 13th Five-Year Plan,tourism education should reorient in time,integrate resources,carry out innovations in theoretical teaching and other aspects,form its own professional characteristics,and cultivate high-quality,internationalized and application-oriented senior tourism management personnel to meet the requirements of the development of the industry.With the vigorous development of tourism in the future,the demand for high-quality internationalized talents will certainly expand,especially for the hotel industry which has been expanding rapidly in recent years but the brain drain is particularly serious.The shortage of talents has become the biggest reason that restricts its development.This study selects the globalization literacy as a highly correlated variable with the internationalization of tourism talents and a highly correlated psychological variable with career choices.Taking hotel management students as an example,it explores the current situation of hotel management students' globalization literacy and professional identity,and finds out the whole through investigation.Based on the survey of the current situation,this paper puts forward the specific ways to enhance the Global Literacy and professional identity,and provides feasible suggestions for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality professionals in Hotel management.Taking the hotel management specialty of PJ College as an example,this paper studies the ways to improve the employment ability of higher vocational students and its optimization countermeasures.The first chapter is introduction.This paper mainly expounds the significance and purpose of the topic selection,summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,reveals the research objectives and paper framework.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation.This paper summarizes the related theories of globalization literacy,mainly introduces the theory of cultural complementarity,the theory of world citizenship literacy and the theory of globalization ability.The third chapter is about the current situation and problems of the Global Literacy of management students in an independent The Academy.This paper introduces the general situation of an independent college and the major of hotel management.Through a questionnaire survey,we find out the current situation and existing problems of students' global literacy.The results show that the overall global literacy of hotel management students is not high;the level of female students' global knowledge and theory is low;and the level of senior students' Global Literacy is partial.Students with low professional identity also have low level of global literacy.The fourth chapter is about the causes of the problems.According to the problems existing in the current situation of hotel management professionals'Global Literacy in an independent college,and combined with the practice of personnel training,this paper finds out the causes of the problems from the personnel training program,employment guidance,practical activities,cultural quality education and other aspects.The fifth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of the previous chapter,according to the analysis of the causes of the problems,specific problems put forward specific improvement programs.We should improve the international quality of training talents and reduce the rate of brain drain.Chapter 6 is a summary of the research results,pointing out the innovation of the study,and pointing out the shortcomings of the study,as well as the direction and areas of follow-up research are discussed.
