The employment of college students has already become the focus of social attention.With a series of reforms in China's higher education,the employment mode of college students has long been transformed into a mode of "two-way selection and independent career choice",which requires college students to have certain advantages in employment,so that they can easily occupy a favorable position in the "two-way selection".In recent years,universities have taken some measures to enhance students' core competitiveness and make them more competitive in employment.The professional accomplishment of college students is the reflection of their comprehensive quality ability in the occupation,and one of its obvious manifestations is the job-hunting performance of college students.Through the questionnaire survey,interview,and other social investigation methods,the author found that there is a certain correlation between college students' public speaking ability and their job hunting performance,namely,their professional accomplishment.This relationship is mainly reflected in the fact that college students with good public speaking ability can get more and better career opportunities,better career invitation,and higher job satisfaction.College can improve the chances of college students to get jobs,improve the employment rate of college students by carrying out more public speaking activities and speaking ability training.As for the interview process of college students,the ability of public speaking can also help college students perform better in job interviews.This is mainly reflected in all aspects of job interviews for college students.Based on the results of the survey,college students generally believe that the training of public speaking ability is of great help to their job-hunting experience,and they also suggest that junior students should take more relevant public speaking ability training.Speaking ability is the embodiment of college students' comprehensive quality,rationality and passion in human nature,the art of knowledge and language,as well as the art of logic and expression.Armed with speaking ability,college students can betterstimulate and cultivate their rational thinking ability and reserve rich professional cultural knowledge.The speaking activities themselves can also stimulate the passion and vitality of college students so that the speaker can move the audience through rational and emotional infection,and also can emotionally,persuasively and passionately radiate their personality charm.University education is aimed to train students to develop perfect personalities and realize the freedom of personality,which is also the core of modern liberal education.As an educational method advocated by ideologists since ancient Greece,speaking ability training can help teachers and education departments to better train college students.Free and rational college students with perfect personality will inevitably show their special temperament in the job market,and can also better meet the needs of the job market.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which beams elaboration selected topic reason and value,and introduces the research significance and the research status at home and abroad;The second part mainly analyzes the relationship between public speaking ability and college students' professional accomplishment,and makes clear the theoretical origin and relevant influence between public speaking ability and college students' professional accomplishment;The third part is empirical analysis.By analyzing the relationship between public speaking activities and employment satisfaction,employment opportunities and employment rate,and the relationship between public speaking ability and job hunting,the direct correlation between public speaking ability and professional accomplishment are discussed;In the fourth part,through the above analysis,the author puts forward the measures to improve the speaking ability of college students,hoping to help college students to improve their professional accomplishment;The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper,which summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper.
