Primary and secondary school mental health education teachers play a vital role in primary and secondary school mental health education.The guiding outline for mental health education in primary and secondary schools revised by the Ministry of education in 2012 pointed out that "mental health education is a highly professional work,and we must vigorously strengthen the construction of professional teachers".However,at present,the quality of teachers engaged in mental health education in primary and secondary schools is uneven.In some areas,psychological teachers still have the current situation of lack of entry qualification,weak professional quality and scattered training.Based on the policy requirements for the professional development of mental health education teachers and the practical thinking on the quality of the current school mental health education teachers,the research on the competence of psychological teachers,as an important part of the professional development of teachers,has become the primary problem to be solved urgently.The primary and secondary school psychological teachers in the operation of famous teacher studios in X area are different from the general psychological teachers.The research adopts deductive method,takes Spenser’s iceberg model as the theoretical basis,combines the relevant research results of Chinese scholars on the competency model of primary and secondary school mental health education teachers,and refers to the relevant requirements of foreign primary and secondary school psychological teachers’ industry standards and localization policies to sort out the competency system of general primary and secondary school psychological teachers.On this basis,11 primary and secondary school mental health education teachers from two primary and secondary school mental health education teacher studios in X region were interviewed for behavior events.Through the content analysis of the interview text,the competency system of primary and secondary school mental health teachers was expanded,and finally the competency model of primary and secondary school mental health education teachers in the operation of X region teacher Studios was formed.The model includes six aspects: knowledge,skills,personality traits,self-image,career tendency and student orientation.Based on the comparative study of the interview texts,this paper obtains the effective strategies to improve the competency level of primary and secondary school psychological teachers based on the famous teacher Studio: the famous teacher studio promotes the precipitation of professional knowledge of primary and secondary school psychological teachers through systematic training,building a shared cultural field,excavating high-quality network resources and pushing back learning through textual research;The famous teachers’ Studio promotes primary and secondary school psychological teachers to improve their professional skills by creating incentives to stimulate motivation,peer mutual assistance and support,and generating a "problem design observation practice reflection" training mode;Famous teachers’ Studio helps primary and secondary school psychological teachers achieve self-growth through personal growth training,psychological supervision and other strategies;The famous teachers’ Studio leads the primary and secondary school psychological teachers to strengthen their professional direction through the strategies of famous teachers’ demonstration and guidance,participation in social practice,and "in room" and "out of room" flow management;Famous teachers’ Studio guides primary and secondary school psychological teachers to promote students’ development by guiding teachers’ love education and training teachers’ love expression.The academic research with the theme of famous teacher studio improving the competence of primary and secondary school psychological teachers is a process of two-way innovation of theory and practice.Enriching and enriching the competency model of primary and secondary school psychological teachers can be used for the selection and evaluation of psychological teachers,guiding the training and career planning and design of psychological teachers,providing practical reference for improving the construction effect of famous teacher studios,and contributing to the professional development of primary and secondary school psychological teachers and the improvement of students’ psychological quality.
