Ideological and political education is a key issue of higher education.The new era of university growth is longer than the era of network informationization.It is affected by multimedia and has new characteristics in terms of lifestyle,value orientation and behavior patterns.At the same time,the current ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities has become more complicated due to the rapid changes in the social environment.Due to the development of the new situation,how to carry out the ideological and political education of college students more effectively is an important issue facing colleges and universities.College students live on campus.In addition to receiving professional education from teachers,they spend more time with their peers.Therefore,peers are very important for the growth of individual college students.Peer education is an education method generated by peer groups and an educational method that promotes self-management,self-education,and self-supervision of college students.The integration of peer education is conducive to enriching ideological and political education methods,and is also conducive to the faster and better development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Since the concept of peer education was introduced into China,the use of peer education in colleges and universities has been used for more than two decades.Through the integration of peer education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper finds that in the development process of peer education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are results and shortcomings.In order to explore the long-term effectiveness of the integration of peer education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to improve the scientific and systematic nature of the integration process,corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the deficiencies in the integration of peer education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The thesis focuses on the topic of integrating peer education into the study of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.First,it describes the background and significance of this topic,a review of literature research,methods and ideas for studying this problem;second,it explains the meaning of peer education in detail And characteristics,sort out the theoretical basis of the integration of peer education into ideological and political education in universities and the general situation of the application of peer education in higher education;the third is to analyze the status of peer education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Further analysis of the educational development process,in-depth exploration of the effectiveness and problems of peer education integration into ideological and political education in colleges and universities;Fourth,by studying the problems of peer education integration into ideological and political education in colleges and universities to propose corresponding countermeasures.
