With the rapid development and transformation of society,economy and science and technology,a new round of curriculum reform is being carried out in China's education sector.The core of the new curriculum reform is curriculum implementation,and the core of curriculum implementation lies in teachers.The change of teachers' teaching concepts,methods and abilities is a necessary prerequisite for the effective implementation of the curriculum reform.The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for teachers' scientific research ability.At the same time,teachers' scientific research ability contributes to the improvement of teachers' teaching quality and their own professional quality,and the improvement of teaching and scientific research ability is also an important means and approach for teachers to do well in teaching activities and improve teaching quality.In this context,teachers and schools have also begun to pay attention to the improvement of teaching and rese arch ability,but in practice,the improvement of junior physics teachers 'teaching and research ability has become a shortcoming of this round of teachers' teaching and research ability improvement.In order to improve the teaching and scientific research ability of junior high school physics teachers,it is necessary to find out the existing problems,so as to propose strategies based on the problems.Based on this,this paper puts forward the problem of solving the teaching and scientific research ability of physics teachers in junior middle school.In the specific research,from the perspective of problem solving,the teaching and research ability of junior middle school physics teachers is taken as the research object,and the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and case analysis are comprehensively used to carry out the research on the scientific research ability of junior middle school physics teachers based on problem solving.It is hoped thatthrough the research of junior middle school physics teachers 'scientific research ability,the problems existing in the current situation of junior middle school physics teachers' scientific research ability can be found out,and based on these problems,specific solutions can be proposed to promote the improvement of junior middle school physics teachers' teaching and scientific research ability.In the specific research,the concept,content,value and composition of junior middle school physics teachers' teaching and research ability will be summarized first,whic h will lay a solid theoretical foundation for the specific research.Then,by using the questionnaire survey method,the current situation of teaching and research ability of physics teachers in junior middle schools in fuxin city was investigated,analyzed and statistically analyzed.Finally,based on the results of the survey and analysis,strategic Suggestions were proposed to improve the teaching and research ability of physics teachers in junior middle schools from the perspective of problem solving.Based on the research on the teaching and research ability of physics teachers in junior middle school based on solving problems,the paper mainly draws three conclusions: 1.The teaching and research ability of physics teachers in junior middle school has important value and effect on the quality of physics teaching,the specialty and the comprehensive quality of physics teachers;2.The overall teaching and research ability of junior middle school physics teachers is low,which needs to be further improved;3.To improve the junior middle school physics teachers for teaching and scientific research ability,will be based on its ability to present situation existence question,to improve and promote the junior middle school physics teachers for teaching and scientific research environment at the same time,respectively from the competent department of education,schools and teachers to improve the junior middle school teachers' information analysis ability,research ability andthe research results express and display capabilities,to achieve its physics teaching research ability overall ascension.
