Junior middle school is the beginning stage of students' comprehensive contact and learning of classical Chinese.It is of great significance to cultivate students' reading ability of classical Chinese systematically.In the new edition of Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,the article of classical Chinese has been added.In addition,classical Chinese is the required content of the senior high school entrance examination,which highlights the importance and necessity of the cultivation of classical Chinese reading ability.Based on the questionnaire survey of junior middle school students in Yangshuo Gaotian School for Nationalities,this paper analyzes the current situation of students' classical Chinese reading ability cultivation,and proposes countermeasures to improve the current situation.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction.The introduction part contains the research origin,research summary,research content and significance,as well as the introduction of research ideas and methods.The second part is the junior high school students' classical Chinese reading ability related concept and the significance elaboration.In this paper,the related concepts of the cultivation of junior high school students' classical Chinese reading ability are defined as follows: reading ability,ability cultivation and classical Chinese.Then it discusses the composition of junior high school students' classical Chinese reading ability,including reading ability,understanding ability,appreciation ability and transfer ability,and then demonstrates the contents of these four ability cultivation respectively.After the elaboration of relevant concepts,the significance of the cultivation of junior middle school students' classical Chinese reading ability is illustrated from two aspects: one is to improve the literacy of Chinese learning;the other is the need of lifelong learning.Then it discusses the requirements of the cultivation of classical Chinese reading ability in junior middle school from three aspects: learning objective,reading evaluation and reciting memory.The third part is the investigation and research on the cultivation of junior middle school students' classical Chinese reading ability.The survey adopts the questionnaire survey method.It first states the process of the survey,and explains the object,purpose,content and result of the survey.On the basis of data acquisition,it is divided into four parts: reading ability,understanding ability,appreciation ability and transfer ability.It can be seen from the data that the status quo of the cultivation of classical Chinese reading ability is poor,especially in terms of comprehension ability and transfer ability.In combination with the requirements of the cultivation of classical Chinese reading ability in the junior middle school,this paper also puts forward countermeasures to improve the current situation from four aspects,and applies the proposed measures to the design of the teaching design of Wolf and Little Stone Pond Records.
