The new generation of migrant workers is the main force in my country's socialist modernization construction and plays an important role in the construction of urbanization.Helping them to improve their vocational skills and achieve stable employment through vocational training is not only a requirement for sustainable social, economic and social development in our country, but also a requirement for the realization of a new type of urbanization with people at the core.To this end,the Chinese government attaches great importance to it,and since 2001 has successively issued a number of policies to promote the training of migrant workers. However, relevant data shows that less than 30% of migrant workers have participated in relevant training. What factors affect the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to train? What kind of training should we provide to meet its training needs? These issues have become a hot topic in academic research. Therefore, this study selects the work of the new generation of farmers in Zhengzhou City as the research object, comprehensively uses the questionnaire method, the literature research method and the interview method to sort out relevant theories and data, based on the analysis of the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational training, with the help of SPSS and related analysis models analyze the factors that affect the willingness of vocational training to draw conclusions. There are six chapters in this article. The first chapter is the introduction, starting from the background, significance and content of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational training willingness, which is the logical starting point of this article;the second chapter is about the new generation of migrant workers' vocational training willingness.Theory;Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers in Zhengzhou;Chapter 4 is mainly an empirical analysis part, involving the processing of questionnaire data;Chapter 5 is mainly about conclusions and countermeasures;Chapter 6 Chapter is mainly to summarize and review the research of this article. This paper conducts an empirical analysis on the full sample, the sample with training experience, and the sample without training experience. The research finds that the factors that affect the vocational training willingness of the three types of samples are different.First, the factors that have a significant impact on the willingness of the full sample of vocational training include the training experience before entering the city, the cultural requirements of the employer, whether there is a plan to change jobs, the relative income level, and the willingness to stay in the city;secondly, the willingness to vocational training for the sample with training experience Significantly influential factors include the employer's cultural requirements, income comparison, willingness to stay in the city, and whether there is a plan to change jobs;finally, for the samples that have not participated in the training, the factors that have a significant impact on their vocational training willingness are relative income levels,The cultural requirements of the employer.Based on this conclusion, targeted countermeasures were put forward: strengthen government leadership and promote the training of new generation of migrant workers;strengthen the main position of enterprise training and promote the development of migrant worker training;change the training concept of new generation of migrant workers and actively improve their own quality Attach importance to individual training experience and promote the effective development of training;improve the vocational training system and improve the effect of vocational training;actively explore training needs and carry out diversified and comprehensive training courses.
