With the promulgate of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),the eighth physical education and health curriculum reform in basic education in China has entered a new stage of development.The physical education and health curriculum reform established to cultivate students "sports discipline core literacy" curriculum idea,the high school physical teaching is the highlight of this reform,not only the physical teaching in the important position of PE and health course,and is set to the required will learn content,further defined the meaning and the value of the high school physical teaching.The establishment of physical fitness module course is beneficial to change the phenomenon that the physical health level of teenagers in China continues to decline.At present,how to follow the rules of students' physical and mental development,make full use of the teaching module of physical ability,and improve students' physical ability efficiently and through entertainment has become the focus of physical education teaching workers.Since the implementation of the new curriculum standard for three years,PE teaching workers have made a lot of useful exploration.Cross Fit is a new type of physical exercise system originated in the United States in the early 21 st century,with the purpose of being more conducive to physical fitness in the effective time.Since its promotion,the Cross Fit system has been widely recognized around the world.Based on this,this study attempts to apply the practice concept of Cross Fit in the teaching of high school girls' physical fitness modules and explore the influence of Cross Fit on the physical fitness development of high school girls from the perspective of promoting the physical fitness development of high school girls through literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Through experimental method,this paper in the affiliated high school of Beijing university of science and technology in a primary school class 1,2,3,4,randomly selected two classes in the four classes(primary school 3,4)29 girls as experimental group and two classes(primary school 1,2)29 girls as the control group,two groups of students have to arrange 9 weeks,2 classes per week physical module lesson comparison experiment.The experimental group and the control group participated in the physical fitness module teaching under the intervention of Cross Fit exercise and regular exercise,respectively,and compared the changes of the physical fitness test indexes of the students in the two groups after 9 weeks of physical fitness module teaching.Through the physical education learning interest scale of high school girls,this paper investigated the change of students' attitude towards physical education learning interest after physical education module teaching.The results show that:(1)At present,the teaching hours of physical fitness modules in senior high schools are insufficient,with relatively single means and methods of exercise and single means of load monitoring.As a result,teachers' overall satisfaction with physical fitness modules is relatively low and their understanding of the teaching content of physical fitness modules is not deep enough.(2)Through theoretical analysis and expert interview,the three training methods of Cross Fit training elements were screened out and the experimental scheme was designed.(3)After 9 weeks of physical fitness module teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in physical fitness evaluation index between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The vital capacity index showed significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the physical fitness indexes were improved,and there was a significant difference in50-meter race(P<0.05).(4)After 9 weeks of physical fitness module teaching experiment,in the evaluation index of physical exercise interest,the experimental group students and the control group students showed extremely significant difference in physical exercise interest(P < 0.01).Research conclusions:This study found that the problem,analyzing problem,solving problem for train of thought,in the summary of sports scientific research method and the teaching experiment,on the basis of design principle,from the theoretical analysis,expert interview and other dimensions,design a set of Cross Fit based practice scheme suitable for high school girls physical teaching in our country,with the conventional practice scheme are compared.The experimental results show that the experimental group can effectively improve the students' physical fitness level after a physical fitness module teaching,and realize the purpose of improving students' physical fitness,promoting their healthy development and lifelong sports.At the same time,the experimental group can also greatly stimulate students' interest in physical training.
