In recent years, with the gradual decline of the students’ physical fitness is becoming more and more serious, especially middle school students’ physical health problem is worrying. High school students physical development in the late adolescence, is an important period of physical development, but also the key period of development of life. At this stage of the physical health and physical quality of the development of young people play a particularly important role. Physical fitness level is reflected in physical form and level of physical function, good physical fitness is an important performance of health. At present in the country to promote quality education and health education in the background, in order to more safe and healthy to complete their own physical condition, to further improve the physical quality of middle school students. This research purpose for the purpose of this city ordinary high school education services, to Beijing eight girls in high school using new physical training method to the research on the practice of the students’ physical quality and analysis of physical exercise to improve the physical quality of juvenile, in order to new physical practice application in high school girls sports teaching to provide a reference. And hopes to attract more attention to the school physical education and physical health of students.Research methods: This study adopts literature data method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, extraction of Beijing No.8 Middle school high school girls body shape roughly equal to that of a class of a total of 30 people as the experimental group to carry on the evaluation. Control group selected from Beijing No.8 Middle school high school girls body shape roughly equal to one class of a total of 27 as controls, corresponding national health system in a test, before and after the experiment, the data obtained are compared with each other, were compared and analyzed.Research results:After the end of the 8 weeks of the experiment, contrast test of physical fitness of the five indicators, experimental group and control group scores were improved, found by t test, the experimental group before and after experiment five physical quality index has significant differences, and control performance is improved, but increased the magnitude of the results not as high as the experimental group.Conclusion:1. The establishment of new physical quality of high school students involves mainly the development of body and mind, and the characteristics of the body.2. The new physical exercise to improve the strength of the quality is helpful.3. The new physical fitness training to improve the quality of the speed is helpful.4. The new physical training to improve the quality of endurance is helpful.5. The new physical exercise to improve the flexibility of the quality is helpful.
