In recent years,with the new curriculum reform and the comprehensive development of the core quality cultivation of high school physics,a profound revolution is taking place in middle school physics education and teaching.It is imperative to carry out the reform of middle school physics teaching and change the traditional physics teaching mode.Since early 2020 outbreak of COVID-19 outbreak,the author studies the foreign language school huanggang,also into the currents of middle school teaching reform,vigorously carry out the teaching reform,actively promote high school physics teaching mode "3+1+E",emphasis on cultivating students' autonomous learning ability and innovation spirit,improve the students' individual learning quality and efficiency,enhance the comprehensive qualities and comprehensive abilities of students.In this article,the author through a lot of reading literature and related books,in conjunction with the teaching practice of foreign language school in huanggang,using literature study,interview method,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation and other methods,the high school physics teaching mode "3+1+E" in the middle school physics teaching practice were studied.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,introduces the domestic and foreign research status of the research problem,and points out the significance and purpose of this paper from the dual background of epidemic situation and curriculum reform through literature research and other methods,and introduces the research methods and ideas used in this paper.The second part sorts out the basic theoretical knowledge used in the research of this paper,the document spirit of the state and the Ministry of Education,the national middle school physics and high school physics curriculum standards,and the education and teaching theories supporting this paper.The third part mainly defines the basic concepts and constructs the "3+1+E" teaching mode of middle school physics explored in this paper.The fourth part is the practical exploration of "3+1+E" teaching mode of middle school physics in Huanggang Foreign Language School.Through questionnaire survey,interview,test and other research methods to obtain first-hand data and materials,and collated,analyzed and concluded that the "3+1+E" teaching mode of middle school physics compared with the traditional physics teaching mode has achieved results and problems.The fifth part,based on data analysis and sorting,summarizes the reasons for the problems in the teaching mode of "3+1+E" in middle school physics at the three levels of school,teacher and student.The sixth part puts forward the optimization strategy of "3+1+E" teaching mode of middle school physics in Huanggang Foreign Language School on the basis of the analysis,summarization and induction of the fourth and fifth parts.The seventh part is the final summary of the research topic of this paper,pointing out the shortcomings of the research in this paper.
