With the continuous advancement of the national aesthetic education culture construction in the new era,the school art education has been paid more and more attention by the society.In this context,in order to improve the effect of art classroom teaching,improve the quality of art teaching in schools,and promote the comprehensive development of students,as an important factor affecting teaching and learning,teachers' teaching methods and students' learning behaviors have become important contents in teaching practice and research.From the present teaching practice,it is very common to adopt the cooperative teaching method in the teaching of fine arts in primary and secondary schools.People's concern about the principle of this teaching organization and the teaching effect has been the main content.This paper takes "cooperative learning",a module of students' learning behavior,as the key point of organizational behavior of cooperative learning--role division,and carries out a systematic review and research,so as to explore the implementation strategy and important value of cooperative learning in the construction of teaching quality.In the process of this research,two rounds of experimental research were designed and carried out with the research objects of three middle schools in Huangzhou District of Huanggang City as the starting point of the "role division" of cooperative learning in school art classroom.In the first round,students are guided to get familiar with the process of cooperative learning,summarize the learning efficiency problems existing in the group,debug the adaptability problems arising from the division of roles and the problems of individual cooperation consciousness,etc.,and adopt measures to refine the role functions to gradually establish an effective role supervision and evaluation system in the process of cooperative learning.In the second round of experimental design,through the practice test,the role division function is further improved,the optimization mechanism is established,and the effective strategy is put forward.This paper expounds the concrete implementation principle and educational value of "role division of labor" in junior high school art class cooperative learning.
