With the promulgation of the new curriculum standards of secondary vocational education,the teaching activities of legal courses in secondary vocational education gradually attracted the attention of the majority of secondary vocational education scholars.Secondary vocational law lesson and secondary vocational moral education lesson are closely linked together,undertake ideological and political education,establish secondary vocational students in professional skills activities in the concept of rule of law and discipline,cultivate Chinese characteristics of socialism in the first line of law-abiding builders.Practice shows that under the guidance of the old curriculum standards,the teaching design of secondary vocational law lessons has shown a variety of problems,not enough to guide the practice of contemporary secondary vocational law lessons.Based on this,the Ministry of Education issued a new curriculum standard in 2020.The relevant content of the new curriculum standard of law in secondary vocational school reflects the color of constructivism.Constructivism holds that legal knowledge exists objectively,and secondary vocational students,as the subject of learning activities,construct new legal knowledge on the basis of existing legal knowledge and experience.Due to the different legal knowledge background of secondary vocational students,the legal knowledge constructed by them is also different.The most important thing in the teaching design of secondary vocational law course based on constructivism is to exert the constructiveness of secondary vocational students in secondary vocational law course,and promote the active completion of the construction of the knowledge and core quality of the law course for secondary vocational students.The teaching design mentioned in this paper mainly refers to the teaching design in the secondary vocational law class.Through the investigation and research on the current situation of the teaching design of the secondary vocational law class,the problems existing in the teaching design are analyzed.Then,based on the constructivism,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the teaching design of the secondary vocational law class.This paper mainly expounds four parts: The first part is the introduction.In this part,it mainly introduces the research background,significance,method and current situation of the teaching design of law course in secondary vocational schools under the guidance of constructivism.The second part is the definition of the teaching design and the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the secondary vocational law course.This part firstly on the secondary vocational law class from the nature of the course,curriculum,overall goal and main tasks to be defined,and the teaching design and the secondary vocational law class combination,the teaching of the secondary vocational law class is defined by a design,on the basis of the adopted the form of questionnaire and interview,analyzed about the present situation of the secondary vocational law class teaching design,sums up the problems existing in the secondary vocational law class teaching design.The third part is the necessity and feasibility of the teaching design of law course in secondary vocational schools under the guidance of constructivism.This part summarizes the constructivism learning theory from the teaching thought,teaching mode and method,and expounds the reason of using constructivism to guide the teaching design of law course in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is the secondary vocational law class of constructivism teaching design,put forward in this part of the secondary vocational law class under constructivism teaching design principles.In view of the problems existing in the teaching design of law course in secondary vocational schools,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in six parts: teaching objective,teaching content,teaching method,learning environment,after-class summary and teaching evaluation.The study of this paper conforms to the needs of the new curriculum reform of the secondary vocational law course,aiming at the problems in the teaching design of the secondary vocational law course,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference to the teachers in the front line,so as to promote the construction of the core quality of the consciousness of the rule of law of students,to achieve the comprehensive development of the secondary vocational students.
