Labor education is the key to achieving quality education and the only way to improve high school students' labor literacy.Adhering to the simultaneous development of the five educations,making up for the shortcomings of labor education,and cultivating newcomers of the era who have a comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and art are the great and glorious responsibility of the people's teachers in the new era.The high school stage is a critical period for the formation of students' correct values.High school ideological and political courses,the main channel of school moral education,should be used to integrate labor education in the new era into the teaching of high school ideological and political courses.However,through investigation and research,it is found that labor education has been weakened,alienated,and marginalized.It is an indisputable fact that the current situation of labor education infiltration in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools is not optimistic.Therefore,it is imperative to study the problems and causes of labor education in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools in the new era,as well as the countermeasures to strengthen labor education in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools.It is specifically divided into the following four parts.The first part is an overview of the research on labor education in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools in the new era.First,define the basic connotation of labor and labor education.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics and value of labor education in the new era.Finally,it expounds the theoretical basis for the integration of labor education into high school ideological and political teaching in the new era,that is,the labor education concept of the Communist Party of China and the theory of human all-round development.The second part is based on a questionnaire survey in R City,Shandong Province to analyze the problems of labor education in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools in the new era.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire in the two versions of the teacher's paper and the student's paper,it is known that there are four problems in teachers' labor education and teaching for students,that is,classroom content does not reflect "new" requirements,classroom teaching methods are rigid,and labor practice Random organization of activities,fuzzy implementation of school evaluation system and other aspects.The third part is the analysis of the causes of labor education problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools in the new era.After analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are teachers' inaccurate grasp of the content of labor,knowledge-based teaching that lacks vitality in labor education,the lack of “life-oriented” labor because of the rigidity of the classroom itself,and the weakening of labor education due to the school's pursuit of enrollment rate aspect.The fourth part is to strengthen the countermeasures of labor education in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools in the new era.It mainly proposes countermeasures from four aspects: teaching content,teaching method,teaching form,and teaching evaluation.In terms of teaching content,teachers should dig deeper into teaching materials,use current political hot spots,and clarify the content of labor education in the curriculum;in teaching methods,use issue-based teaching and research learning to carry out labor education in the new era,improve and innovate teaching methods;in teaching form,to build an activity-based curriculum,enhance the sense of the times of labor education,and combine theory with practical classrooms;in teaching evaluation,improve the school labor education evaluation mechanism from three aspects: evaluation indicators,evaluation methods,and evaluation subjects.Combining the research content of the above four aspects,the new era labor education is truly integrated into the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools,and the effectiveness of high school ideological and political classrooms is brought into play,and the labor quality of high school students is improved in all aspects.In the future,he will become a newcomer of the era who is responsible for labor.
