| Since the founding of New China,the party and the state have attached great importance to labor education.In 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era",and put forward new requirements and opinions on strengthening labor education in colleges,schools and primary schools.This fully reflects the party and the state’s efforts to strengthen students in the new era.Pay attention to labor education.As a key course for teaching and educating people,high school ideological and political courses play a leading role in promoting students to form a correct sense of work.Due to the close logical connection between labor education and high school ideological and political courses,we must first clarify the connotation,characteristics,value and other related issues of labor education,and then integrate labor education into high school ideological and political classrooms as a background for high school ideological and political education.Research in class.This article mainly conducts interviews with front-line teachers and issues questionnaires to high school students to further understand the actual application of labor education integrated into high school ideological and political classrooms.Due to the analysis of specific survey data,we can know that labor education is integrated into high school ideological and political classroom teaching.The problems include the rigidity of labor education and teaching concepts and lack of practicality;ignoring the subject status of students;the method of labor education is single and the process is formalized;the content of labor education is rigid and lacking in pertinence;the integration of labor education into high school ideological and political courses has little effect,and it is separated from Actual issues.Therefore,this article is based on the problems in teaching practice,to deeply analyze the reasons for the problems in the integration of labor education into the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools,and to propose specific optimization strategies based on specific problems.First of all,we should dig deep into the teaching materials and find the integration point of labor education into the high school ideological and political courses.Secondly,we must form a top-level design that takes teachers as the leading factor and integrates labor education into high school ideological and political courses.Furthermore,we should also expand the resources of all parties to form a joint force that integrates labor education into the ideological and political courses of high schools.Finally,we must improve the labor education evaluation system and practice the "integration of knowledge and action" in labor education to lay the foundation for labor education.At the same time,this article also uses specific lesson examples to explore the practical effects of incorporating labor education into high school ideological and political classes,and conduct teaching reflections.Finally,this article also takes the teaching content "Creation and Realization of Value" in the new textbook "Philosophy and Culture" as an example,applying labor education to this lesson example,and teaching in the second grade classroom to achieve theoretical and unity of practice. |
