Carrying out teaching innovation is an important measure for teachers to meet the needs of the reconstruction of the educational ecology in the era of wisdom.At present,front-line middle school teachers are weak in teaching innovation,and scholars have done less research on teaching innovation.Carrying out teacher teaching innovation research has become a research topic that must be broken through in the field of basic education.Therefore,The thesis takes the middle school chemistry classroom record as the research object,carries out qualitative research,extracts teachers' teaching innovation behavior,condenses the constituent elements of middle school chemistry teachers' teaching innovation ability,and builds the structure of middle school chemistry teachers' teaching innovation ability.The thesis selects the top 3 classroom actual videos obtained in the evaluation activities of the junior and senior high school teaching experts in Jining as the research materials.First,the researcher led 13 masters of chemistry education from a key provincial normal university to analyze 6 classroom teaching videos and extract 6 teachers' classroom teaching innovations.Based on the three-level coding program of grounded theory,the teacher's classroom teaching behavior is extracted,and the elements of chemistry teachers' teaching innovation ability are preliminary analyzed.Then,starting from the preliminary condensed elements of the teaching innovation ability of chemistry teachers,combined with the fragments of classroom teaching innovation,the outline of teacher innovation interviews was compiled,with 6 classroom video teaching teachers as interview objects,semi-structured interviews were conducted to explore the teaching innovation of teachers Ideas,processes,methods and their influencing factors.Finally,I transcribed the interview data,combined the interview outline and researched needs to process the interview text data,used NVivo11 Plus qualitative analysis software to analyze,and manually browsed and coded the interview data to supplement,refine,structure the elements of the chemistry teacher's teaching innovation ability.,and determine the structure of chemistry teachers' teaching innovation ability.Research shows:(1)Teachers' teaching innovation ability is a comprehensive ability that includes the ability elements of teaching situation innovation,teaching content innovation,teaching method innovation,teaching evaluation innovation,and teacher professional development innovation;(2)There is a structural relationship among the various ability elements that constitute the teacher's teaching innovation ability.The innovations of the thesis are:(1)Starting from practice,the system uses grounded theory and NVivo software qualitative research methods to carry out bottom-up exploratory analysis,and the method of extracting capability structural elements is novel.(2)The proposed structure of the teaching innovation ability of middle school chemistry teachers provides a new basis for cultivating the teaching innovation ability of middle school chemistry teachers in the future.
