Culture is soul of a country and even a nation.As one culture with unique Chinese characteristics,red culture is also high-quality cultural and educational resource.Today,junior middle school students feel stressful due to enrollment.In school,art teaching styles fail to fully take into account realities of students who are not provided with opportunities to understand local excellent cultural resources.Undoubtedly,Yimeng is abundant in red cultural resources,with unique regional characteristics and spiritual connotations,and they are demonstrated through various forms such as art,literature,drama,music,and dance,etc.In art education,teachers should teach red culture by ignoring boundary of disciplines,closely combine knowledge of art with other disciplines,and effectively integrate it into “comprehensive exploration” of art courses.This aims to enhance comprehensiveness and inquiry orientations of art education,and encourage students to experience artistic charm of red culture.At the same time,students will be motivated to inherit revolutionary culture through aesthetic practice of red art,raise awareness and aesthetic quality of Yimeng red culture,and realize that beauty is everywhere.In addition,students should be taught to express true emotions to surrounding things by applying art methods.In a word,red culture is of great significance for cultivating patriotic enthusiasm of students.In this paper,under the guidance of development concept of school-based curriculum for red culture and art,red cultural resources of Yimeng were screened and organized in accordance with realities of local place.The red culture was introduced into “comprehensive exploration”field of art curriculum,aiming to develop comprehensive literacy and inquiry ability of students.The paper is composed of four parts.Specifically,Chapter I is a preliminary investigation on teaching realities of art “comprehensive exploration” field in local junior middle schools.Moreover,teaching problems are analyzed in accordance with art education characteristics in junior middle schools and the curriculum content of “comprehensive exploration” field,followed by a conclusion that learning of Yimeng red culture in art class of junior middle school is feasible.In Chapter II,the author explores and designs principles and teaching strategies to develop Yimeng red cultural resources in “comprehensive exploration field”.Teaching practices are introduced in Chapter III.An investigation is carried out on teaching conditions of Yimeng red cultural resources in local curriculum development,and student's conditions,in order to prepare targeted teaching plans to guide teaching practices in junior middle schools locally.In Chapter IV are discussed teaching effect and enlightenment.In summary,the paper is hoped to inspire and help art teachers to develop and apply art curriculum resources with Yimeng red culture.
