Local fine arts curriculum resources development and utilization of research and exploration,has become now the fine arts education research one of the important direction.Blue culture in junior middle school art teaching resources development and utilization,for promoting the new curriculum reform of fine arts in the coastal area in China,the enhancing of art education and social communication,enhance the maneuverability of the fine arts teaching,meet the middle school students’ interests and coastal regions,better promote and popularize the richness and uniqueness of the blue ocean culture has an irreplaceable role.This article is the author through the related theoretical study and the fine arts teaching practice to explore,to yantai with the local fine arts curriculum resources development and utilization of more in-depth research.Call from the ocean century Marine culture education of fine arts,coastal Marine culture curriculum resources development and utilization of the sense of urgency,the new curriculum reform to the current art curriculum resources bring rare development opportunities three aspects are discussed under the background of new curriculum reform,making full use of the advantages of coastal resources development and utilization of the fine arts curriculum resources is imperative.As a practical application of teaching research,this paper focus on open coastal city of yantai,for example the junior middle school art teaching practice.This paper mainly divided into four parts.The first part first defined the concept of "blue culture" and the relevant corresponding aesthetic characteristics,analyzed the yantai blue culture resources under the background of the new curriculum reform the positive role of junior middle school fine arts teaching,from the comprehensive development of students,teacher professional development and popularization of Marine culture Angle made clear its value pursuit.The second part from the Angle of the conform to the junior middle school fine arts curriculum resources roughly combed the yantai blue the contents of the cultural resources,and combining with the characteristics of junior middle school students to learn about its filtered into junior middle school art education teaching.Its aim is tocultivate the students’ consciousness of Marine culture,giving full play to the advantages of coastal resources,enhance the maneuverability of the fine arts teaching,communication,strengthen the education of fine arts and social life.The third part is the focus of the article,mainly based on coastal areas the uniqueness of art curriculum resources and the present situation of the current junior middle school fine arts teaching,through classroom teaching practice research explore the junior middle school fine arts curriculum resources based on yantai Marine culture,explore the junior middle school fine arts teaching content and students’ real life;By studying the lesson plan material combined with the development of the local curriculum development of Marine culture art curriculum resources,and to study and discuss;And writing characteristic lesson notes Marine culture resources development and utilization of local characteristics.The fourth part is in the process of teaching practice,through the development of local course resources,design and practice of related teaching cases,the assessment of teaching practice by use of teaching methods,summarize the effect of teaching practice,reflection on the problems,and analyze them in terms of the guarantee of teaching and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.For art teachers,reasonable development and utilization of local fine arts curriculum resources is both opportunity and challenge.Based on the development and utilization of Marine culture art curriculum resources is a systematic exploration process,the teacher must from the local curriculum resources development and the innovation of teaching methods,and a study on system of course construction,etc,can we truly achieve make up the lack of existing teaching material,the goal of cultivating students’ ocean consciousness and opening consciousness.Hope for the exploration of the above for the coastal areas of shandong art curriculum development and utilization of resources,in terms of ocean consciousness to develop and improve students,strengthen the teaching of fine arts contact social life aspects and so on to make due contribution,as well as other coastal areas in our country and other fields where reference and example for the development and utilization of curriculum resources.
